For flights, we recommend arriving at Hamburg Airport 2 hours before departure. We accept no liability for delays caused by force majeure. Conditions of carriage: -max. luggage 6 suitcases + small hand luggage -Children up to 12 years of age require a child seat, which we will provide you with; please specify this when booking. We are not allowed to transport children without a child seat. and the journey is then considered a no-show The free waiting time when picking up is 15 minutes. In the event of delays, we charge a flat rate of €25.00 for every 15 minutes or part thereof. The delay surcharge must be paid directly to the driver on site.

As a travel agency, we booked this transfer at the last minute (Port of Kiel to Hamburg airport for 6 passengers) and received our voucher with the provider's contact information. No driver was present for the simple reason that the provider indicated was no longer in operation! My clients called us in a panic on Saturday, and we contacted him immediately using the number provided on the voucher, and he confirmed that he was no longer in operation, hence this information, and he confirmed that Viator was aware of it. We had to urgently find another provider at our own expense (double rate for over €700). We therefore demand a full refund; it is unacceptable to sell a product that no longer exists.
Tareq was extremely kind and helpful. He even had booster car seats ready for our 6 yo daughter. Additionally, he came into the Hamburg train station to help us with our train tickets to Copenhagen.
