Hamburg is second largest city in Germany after Berlin and it is one of the most beautiful and exciting cities in Europe. This shore excursion is adjusted to each ship’s docking times and starts promptly after your vessel’s arrival, returning with plenty of time to spare before its departure. Our expert team has been organizing these tours for nearly a decade. Lucas was a great guide..Hamburg was very interesting
We enjoyed the excursion very much. Our tour guide Lucas was very personable and informative and Frank was a very good driver. We recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning something about Hamburg.
Enlightening excursion and great guide (Lukas)
The guide was knowledgable and provided a lot of background about Hamburg.
Tour guide was phenomenal. Loved Hamburg. Bus was comfortable and clean.
We really enjoyed Ralph’s humour and pace on this trip. He kept us all moving at the speed we needed to be to make sure we had enough free time to get back to the cruise ship. As 3 English people on a tour of Americans, Ralph walked us to the hofbrauhaus to make sure we knew where to go while everyone else stayed in the centre!
Very disorganized at pier departure. Excellent guide once he joined in Hamburg. Didn’t need 2 hours of free time. Could have seen more and still have one free hour
Dear Randy, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the tour once your guide joined in Hamburg. Regarding the free time, our tours typically include around 60–75 minutes of free time, which we try to balance with sightseeing and guided activities. We appreciate your input and will keep it in mind as we continue improving the experience for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you on another Vexperio tour soon! Warm regards, Natalia Vexperio Team
We were quite happy with BRENT our guide for this tour. He joined us on the outskirts of Hamburg. A native of California he has lived in Hamburg for over 20 years. We saw many different neighborhoods and had several stops on a walking tour. My only Negative issue was that some sites I had really look forward to, such as SPEICHERSTADT, were seen only from the Bus and the better view of course was on the other side of the bus from where I was seated. Oh well. We had almost 2 hours of free time after our Bus tour and several walk around stops. That was quite nice and Brent made recommendations where to go for eating and shopping. Our driver was quite excellent and got us there and back each way in less than one and 1/2 hours so that optimized our time in Hamburg.
