Pickup Locations & Times

**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

Large Group arrival with great Communication with company

Its a group of 5 friends coming to vacation and the company provided Great Communication before arriving to Cancun Airport. Made sure our location was correct and that we will be taken care of once we arrive. Highly Recommend

Very disappointing experience

Received a confirmation of our pickup the night before and I thought we were all set. Day of the pickup we are waiting and waiting. Finally I contacted the company and for whatever reason our scheduled pickup was either not showing or there was confusion on the instructions of the pickup ( never received a clear explanation). This is all after I received a confirmation of the pickup time the day before we to be picked up. We were offered an alternate pickup time 3 hours after our original pickup. This was the best they could do because they were fully booked for the day. We declined and a full refund was processed. My biggest issue was had I not called we would never got to the issue. We received a confirmation to be at a certain place at a certain time but due to system issues “our” appointment was overlooked. Yet all the other appointments seem untouched as I was told it was fully booked when I asked were they going to keep their original agreement.

As you mentioned, you were given the option to schedule on a later time, since you didn´t have a plane to catch. We are sorry we were not able to provide you with the compensation you were demanding. Airport transportation

Very nice car. Our driver was extremely good friendly and pleasant. Excellent service from him. Hope to get that driver again on future trips.

Easy Transportation

I've used other private transfer companies before so this was my first time using Cancun Travel Experience. We arrived early and they were in constant communication with me until driver showed up using WhatsApp. Van had great AC, and the driver changed the station to what he felt we wanted however, I was enjoying his own music. LOL. They sent the time they would pick us up in 4 days about 2 days into my trip to Playa. The 2nd driver arrived on time, and it was a smooth drive to the airport. I'll definitely use them again as they didn't try to give a ridiculous round trip rate from Cancun - Playa.

Be aware if your plane is late

When we booked this transportation we were only asked to provide our flight number not the time of our arrival so we thought that made sense that they’d be able to see when it lands if it’s late. Our plane landed an hour late, our bags took forever to get & there was no ride waiting for us. Another man was kind enough to help us locate a ph# for this company as no ph # is provided to help you in this situation when you book it. The man from the transportation company said a driver was there at the time our plane landed and he waited as long as he could and if we wanted someone could be there in an hour & a half to get us. We didn’t wait another hour & a half hoping they would come. We got a taxi. So, On top of paying $100 already for this shuttle we booked and never got we paid an additional $120 us for a taxi.

Great one way but not the other.

It was fabulous from the airport to Playa. The driver was right where he said he would be. So easy to find. The day before leaving I looked at the site to find out what time we would be picked up the next day. The experience said complete, as in they were not coming. We purchased a round trip, not just one way. When that was straightened out, he was an hour late showing up the next day to pick us up!

Great Transportation

Great experience their transportation company is more affordable than others. I recommend them to everyone. They are very attentive and arrived on time. I used their company for a roundtrip and they exceeded my expectations.

Stranded at airport

They left us stranded at the airport. The driver was to wait for 1 hour after the arriving flight. The luggage was 45 minutes to arrive on the belt. We barely made the limit of the waiting period but we were within that time. Had to call company but they said driver could not wait because we were late. Told us to make our own way to the resort. The taxi charge was $120 USD. NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. At resort we called again and asked about the return trip and a refund. They said a refund has to go through Viator. Fortunately our scheduled pickup is still available. Bottom line is they did not honor their voucher policy as related in their voucher.

Not great but not horrible

This is a mixed review. They did contact me prior to us arriving to request our arrival times and flight as there were 8 of us and we were all on 3 different flights. So we had that figured out prior to arrival. Thank you very much! Our Driver was there waiting for us with our name on a big card and was easy to find and communicate with. Once we were loaded in the van and he confirmed where were were going he tried to tell me that it would take 1.5 HOURS to get to our hotel!!! Which I KNEW WAS WRONG! He then tried to talk me into letting him take us shopping right away as well which I had to sternly say no to. I personnly then pulled up where the hotel was on my GPS to show him that the resort was only 40 minutes away and NOT 1.5 hours. Fast forward to day before we had to leave and I STILL had not heard from the transport company as to when we were getting picked up to head back to the airport. I tried to go though Viator and they did try to help but the vendor was not replying to them. I had to call them and when I did the other person on the phone would not communicate with me. I then hung up and asked the hotel concierge to help me to which they did and they finally got an answer for me.

Shuttle service

Both of our drivers were awesome. . The pick up was very easy at the airport and later at the hotel.
