We will be waiting for you at the San Carlos de Bariloche airport and we will send a WhatsApp message combining meeting point, to take you to your accommodation in Bariloche. For the outbound transfer, We will pick up your accommodation at a time to be confirmed depending on the distance from your hotel to the airport. During the trip we will provide you with general information about the destination, answering your questions and advising you on everything you need for your vacation. For the departure transfer, we will define the pick-up time according to your flight information.

Gracias por dejarnos su comentario. Lo tendremos en cuenta. Hemos sufrido la averia de un vehiculo que estaba asignado para buscarlos a ustedes. Preferimos antes de dejarlos esperando a conseguir otro vehiculo, el llevarlos al hotel con urgencia compartiendo solo con otro matrimonio que habia llegado en el mismo vuelo. Como no manifestó disconfirmidad al momento de ascender al vehiculo, pensamos que no era tan grave para usted. Le pedimos nos informe si y usted viajó my incomodo/a, si el conductor se refirió de una forma inadecuada o si fue solamente esta diferencia para puntuarnos tan bajo. De topdas maneras les pedimos disculpas y ojala nos vuelta a visitar para rebocar el error cometido. Gracias y hasta pronto
