Once the pick up service is done, we will go to Puerto Pañuelo, located a few meters away from the iconic Llao Llao Llao Hotel, where you will set sail on board a comfortable catamaran. Here passengers will have to pay a boarding fee and the entrance to Nahuel Huapi National Park.
You will board the catamaran and enjoy a relaxing trip of approximately one hour sailing through the emblematic waters of Lake Nahuel Huapi until you reach the picturesque Quetrihué Peninsula, famous for being home to the Arrayanes Forest with its centenary trees
Walk through the Bosque de Arrayanes, known for being a magical place. It is famous for its cinnamon-colored myrtle trees, which grow compactly and form an enchanting landscape. This forest stands out for its beauty and tranquility, offering visitors the opportunity to walk among its trails surrounded by ancient trees and enjoy an unforgettable natural experience. In this forest you will find the famous little house that is said to have inspired Walt Disney to draw Bambi.
After the Arrayanes forest, you will head to Victoria Island, which is covered by a lush forest of conifers and coihues, making it a true paradise for lovers of flora and fauna. In its interior, you can find numerous trails and paths that lead to beautiful panoramic viewpoints, waterfalls and quiet beaches.

Beautiful landscapes, crystal clear waters and stunning orange color of the arrayans, if you go to Bariloche it is a must visit excursion. We'll be back with my partner.

The only reason for two stars is because the landscapes are gorgeous. But the company itself is a scam. I paid a total of over $300 for an English speaking guide to leave at 11 am for a 6 hour trip. This was confirmed not once but twice. Later that day at 9pm I receive the voucher for a trip at 1pm. No English speaking guide. 5 hours trip. Here’s the kicker: the company closed at 6pm so obviously no way for me to complain to anyone. I highly encourage TripAdvisor to remove this offer from your site as it is a reflection on your business as well.

The upcharge from Viator was highway robbery. The tour itself is fine but we paid a LOT more than all the other tourists. I expect to pay for the convenience but what we paid was outrageous.

The catamaran is amazing, very comfortable and with beautiful views. In Arrayanes National Park, we did a very nice hike. You can take some good pictures. We had a great time.

We paid £327 for two people for this trip to commence in the morning. The afternoon before, we were contacted to say there had been an error in the system and there was no English on the morning trip. Because of being informed less than 24 hours before, we could not cancel and get a refund. They moved us to an afternoon tour. The meeting point was at Turisur, an excursion agency who had prices showing for this tour. Their price was equivalent to just under £150.00 for us both. DO NOT USE Tripadvisor, just book at any agency in Bariloche and save a fortune. There are additional charges to pay at the embarkation of 23 USD each as National Park Entry and Boarding fee. It takes almost an hour to drive to the embarkation port, which is pleasant enough along the lakeside. The boat trip is overly long - in total 2.5 hours. Fine for half an hour but the scenery is the same all the time. A 40 minute stop to do a walk at the Arrayanes Forest and almost two hours at Victoria Island as the boat leaves to take others away and then returns. Victoria Island is pleasant enough but it was an overly long stay. Glad to go for a coffee in their cafe to kill time. Not back to Bariloche until after 8.30pm, tired and weary after a tedious afternoon. This was the most expensive and worst trip so far in Argentina. It calls it “Unforgettable”,but we will always remember it as the biggest rip off!

The tour was a misrepresentation of the tour. 1.) There was NO tour guide provided by the TripAdvisor company offering the tour. 2.) The tour was sold to include and provided by an English professional tour guide. The tour was provided in Spanish by the boat operator guide (who spoke minimal Englisg), who had no relationship with the TripAdvisor company/person that bought us boat tickets. 3.) When I contacted the tour operator listed by TripAdvisor at the port, I was told to go to the boat operator booth and the tour guide and group would meet us. The individuals working the booth had no idea who sold us our tickets and recommended we get on the boat. 4.) We could have purchased the boat tickets (Turisur) at approximately 1/2 price of product sold on TripAdvisor. Note: Tour is in Spanish. We will be working to get a refund and removing this tour from Trip Advisor.

Alot of sitting time, expensive limited dry food options and 4 hrs on Victoria Island when you only needed 2 hrs

Amazing Tour experience, the boat/cruise ride was very comfy and took us to Isla victoria, and also a short stop in arryanes forests, I personally loved the views, even if you forget to pack snacks the cruise has snacks and water available to buy. The instructions and everything is mostly in spanish, bit it was still okay for non spanish speakers like us. Pickup and drop off offered from centre of bariloche.
