Tour with Navigation to the Arrayanes Forest and Victoria Island
Description
This is one of the must-see Bariloche tours that you can do all year round, regardless of the weather. Begin this adventure with pickup from your Bariloche hotel. From there, you will transfer to the port of Puerto Pañuelo, located just 25 km outside the city. Board a boat and sail towards Lake Nahuel Huapi; Be sure to have your camera handy for views of the Nahuel Huapi National Park landscape. After 30 minutes of travel on the water, disembark at the Anchorena port on Victoria Island. After boarding again, we head to the Quetrihue Peninsula, where the myrtle forest is located with its characteristic cinnamon color, stone bark and a famous wooden cabin. This unique tree formation, declared a natural monument, inspired Walt Disney to compose the cartoon for the movie Bambi. To finish, all that remains is to retrace this dream itinerary and return to Puerto Pañuelo.

After picking up all the travelers from the hotels, we will drive to the first stop on a trip that lasts about half an hour.
We will pass by Lake Nahuel Huapi, with very beautiful panoramic views!
Our first stop will be on the Quetrihue Peninsula where the Arrayanes Forest is located, which belongs to Villa la Angostura. A small town in Neuquén.. In this forest is the famous little house that is said to have inspired Walt Disney to draw Bambi. The little house (it was previously a pioneer's house and today a candy store) and the forest are beautiful and make you feel like you are in a story. The Arrayán tree is one of the most beautiful in the forests of Bariloche, the trunk has a very different light cinnamon color, it has small green leaves and beautiful white flowers, it really attracts a lot of attention. Inside the Forest there is a circular and super accessible wooden track, which ends in the pastry shop.
We board the boat, then sail to the largest island in Lake Nahuel Huapi, Victoria Island, famous for its story about the arrival of some pioneers to the city and the introduction of exotic species in Patagonia. There are several trails, historic houses, beaches, restaurants and lots of nature, everything is well signposted. After visiting the island, you will sail back to Porto Pañuelo.
After our last stop, we will take the boat back to Puerto Pañuelo. There our tour will end.

The tour lasts almost all day, we take snacks, the boat has a restaurant, bathrooms, the proa and the pulpa are great places to take photos and make videos, the landscape is very beautiful. The forest of arrayanes, which are orange trees, is very beautiful, it has a part with giant trees that is very beautiful, it is simply unforgettable.

I love this tour. It was in Spanish and English and Spanish was the dominant language on the tour. But the guide was very good at taking us aside as English speakers and explaining what we should do and also giving us more information about the landscape of things. We got our pickup on time we got our drop off on time the boat rides were was great and the venue was wonderful and just a very beautiful Island I would do it again and I recommend that you do it too.

There were a variety of boats, some newer and some older. You don’t know which one is yours til it’s time to bard. We were on an older boat with wood finishes- very comfortable with character. Everything was bilingual, and the “hostess” was very helpful when our ticket was incorrect. The ride was relaxing (even though weather was a bit rainy and windy), and walking around the parks was enjoyable ( you can take a tour on Victoria Island or roam on your own. ) A nice way to spend an afternoon.

The experience itself is good. Booking it through this site is not. The price is almost double what you pay the actual boat tour company because there are 4 layers of middle men between this website and the actual company. Book directly with Turisur here (https://www.turisur.com.ar/?c=reservas&v=reserva&id_excursion=11&lang=es) If you book through this website, they book through Viator, which books through Para Viajantes, which books through LS travel which buys the tickets from Turisur anyway. There is no benefit to booking here, the experience is identical. Here I paid 300,000 ARS o purchasing directly with Turisur tickets are 140,000. The actual experience is an hour transfer to Isla Arrayanes on a large boat with a guide providing some facts in Spanish and English via an intercom. On board there is a small cafeteria they was reasonably priced and accepted card. You spend about 40-50 minutes on Isla Arrayanes walking through the unique forest on a well maintained boardwalk, it is self paced with guides around if you want to ask questions. After the boat will take you to Isla Victoria where you can choose to follow a guide in a group or self guide your own route for around 90 minutes before being taken back to Peurto Pañuelo. There is a photographer on board that will take pictures throughout the day, they are sold as an roughly A4 print with digital at 20,000 per photo.
Sir, we find your comment ridiculous! If you think the price is a scam, why are you buying online through a platform? Knowing that there are commissions involved?! Why don't you hire everything when you arrive at your destination? Assuming you don't know who you're buying from, whether it's legal or illegal, whether you have insurance, whether you have available quotas. It would be nice if you rated how the tour went, which was excellent, instead of leaving comments that don't add anything! Thank you.
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH VIATOR! Go to the port and purchase a ticket directly for less than half the price. Additionally, the extra fees stated are about half of what they actu!ly are.

We enjoyed some spectacular days in Bariloche and San Martin de los Andes next to the love of my life! We did with the same agency, of guido (thanks tasting for your recommendation), we could enjoy the tour of forest of arrayanes, and noon kayaking in Lake Gutierrez! We loved it! Service of 10! The constant attention and good vibe of the staff, made us enjoy every moment! Super recommended

Highly recommended. Go to my family. We toured downtown Bariloche and found an agency that gave us a discount. It is advisable to hire with transfer, finally it is the most convenient if you do not have rented car. We took the afternoon tour with Turisur

Amazing boat ride but for $480 for 2 people seems crazy. It's a giant ferry that takes you to 2 islands drops you off then picks you up. There's NO explanation of what it is on the bus for english speakers. There's an machine that talks about it on the ferry. THEY CHARGE WAY FOR ENGLISH SPEAKERS THAN SPANISH. JUST PICK THE SPANISH TICKET EVEN IF YOU'RE ENGLISH SPEAKER, MAKES NO DIFFERENCE
