Excellent organization and outstanding guides. Timings respected Excellent professional preparation and in-depth explanations
Our tour was informative and our guide was patient with us. She answered questions but was not as personable as some other tour guides we’ve encountered.
It was a good experience learning about the city and the cathedral. I would definitely book this experience again.
Orvieto is jewel of a village. Our guide, Max, was tops. His passion for Italian history was deep in the fabric of his presentation. He covered Orvieto from the Etruscan civilization through the renaissance. He incorporated the importance of mythology as the basis of the people’s understanding aspects of life.
Useful for those who want to know the main monuments of the city in a few hours. Friendly, experienced and helpful guide. Recommended
Rino, our guide , has performed with professionalism and sympathy his task of illustrating the beauties of Orvieto.
This private tour was a wonderful way to learn about Orvieto. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and she provided great insights into the history of Orvieto. We were fortunate to have the organ playing at times in the Duomo while doing our tour and, while it got a little difficult to hear our guide, it really enhanced the overall experience. This tour is definitely recommended!
If you ride the train into Orvieto make sure you take the tram up to the top Our guide Emanuela was wonderful, very informative Loved the quaintness of the village
Our tour was excellent! Our tour guide Emma was the best tour guide we hired throughout our two week trip to Italy. Emma was born in Orvieto and lives nearby in a very small village accessible only by footbridge. It is clear the passion she has for Orvieto. Her historical knowledge was outstanding, and she answered any questions we had. The tour of the Cathedral was the highlight. Emma was very kind and truly engaged with us. I can’t speak more highly of this tour, especially if you are lucky enough to have Emma as your guide. We hope to come back to Orvieto, it’s a magical place. Thank you Emma, for making our time in Orvieto wonderful!
Amazing tour and learnt so much about Orvieto and especially the Duomo. She even showed the best gelato's and nice restaurants - thank you
