Hello. Thank you so much for such a nice review. It was a pleasure to meet you and your family and to take you around the Nymphenburg Palace
This was supposed to be a private tour and we had to walk miles to get on a train tram to the palace. Not what I expected
Hello. I am sorry the tour didn't meet your expectations. However, it was a private tour, and normally, I begin every tour at the main train station because it's next to the tram stop we need for the palace. But since you made a special request for me to meet you at your hotel lobby, we did have to walk a little further than normal but no more than 5-10 minutes.
The tour to Nymphenburg Palace was excellent. The palace was very interesting and the garden was unbelievably good. Tom was an excellent tour guide. He had a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly. Well worth seeing.
Hi. Thanks for taking the time to write such a nice review. I agree, the gardens are an absolute highlight and my favourite part of Nymphenburg as well.
