Our transfer service between Athens airport and our downtown hotel was excellent. The driver reached out to us as we arrived and met us outside the terminal within a few minutes. He dropped us off at our hotel without any issues. I would recommend this transfer service.
Very poor Service from this transport company, it was cancelled within 4 hours of arriving from customers, really not fun wait + an hour and see these emails that the booking was cancelled.
My wife and I booked this agency to take us from Athens to our hotel. It was our 30 yr Anniversary. While almost to Athens, mid flight from US, I receive message from agency refunding my money for no reason. We had to scramble last minute to get a ride. Stressful

We are a party of six adults and were very happy with this company for our transfer from the airport to our hotel in Athens. Nikos met us in the baggage claim and we were on our way. There were cold waters for us in the van and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ended up using them two more times to get from the hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port to our hotel after the cruise. Very comfortable and top notch service.
We were met at the arrivals gate and he was easy to gind. Very welcoming and gave us all.waters when we got into the car. We had a great experience.

The driver was great so this is not directed at him. I was completely expecting a limo as was described in the description. This is a minivan and not a limo which is a huge difference. It also made a difference in the price.
Dear client, we would like to inform you that due to a technical issue that happened to the limo that was coming, we made a free upgrade to a V-Class car without any charge. The cost of the upgrade was paid by us.
He sent a text telling us where he would meet us. Very courteous, on time (midnight), and a good driver.
