We will never know

Our family of 10 was left waiting, with no one to pick us up. When I called the company, they had no record of our reservation. When I called Viator, they talked in circles for an hour. Finally, apparently Viator didn’t send our reservation to the company despite charging me $1,400 two days prior to our booking. I am furious, now having to find something else for my family of 10 to do last minute. We plan in advance because planning anything for 10 people is difficult. Viator completely failed us. Maybe this tour is a great one, unfortunately this family will never know.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this caused your family. We did not receive a confirmed reservation under your details in our system, which is why no pickup was dispatched. We understand how difficult this is for a group of 10 and how disappointing it must be, especially after being charged. Please follow up with the booking platform directly so they can review and resolve the reservation and payment issue. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Do not book this tour

Irresponsable and reckless to cancel our tour at 930 am when our pick up time was 9 am. and never advised us that our tour was cancelled. We had to contact Viator to find out that it was cancelled. An apology and that was it. Of course refunding us the tour.

Awesome and then some!

This was a great tour for the slightly higher level WWII enthusiast. We even got a tour of Honolulu sites and some facts about the wildlife as well. There is always more to see, but this covered the major items. Thanks, Robert!
