Everything was arranged by Miss Meltem and she was amazingly supportive. We had a small issue when we reached Cappadocia but she immediately took care of it even though it was 9 pm. Will definitely recommend Miss Meltem and Neopolis Travel agency for Turkey tours.

I had a wonderful experience and trip. Miss Meltem was always writing to me everyday the updates of when the driver or guide would be picking me up. She was always in communication and I had no hiccups nor problems. She organized this tour for me 1 week in advance when I wrote to her extremely fast since I decided to stay in Turkey a few extra days to visit Pamukale, Ephesus and Capadoccia. Everything went smoothly. In Pamukale there was 15 people in my group, in Ephesus I was by myself private and then in Capadoccia there was 10 people in my group. So every tour varied. They were all very good with excellent tour guides. I only did not like being taken to the airport and arriving 3 hours and a half in advance for my flight from Izmir to Capadoccia. It was too much in advance and the airport counter did not open until 2 hours in advance. It would have been valuable time to use and have free time. Also in Capadoccia I had to wait 1 hour and 20 min for people in my group to finish shopping at the pottery place. They should put a maximum time cap on this just like they do in the tours. Because it gives me less time in the tours since they rush the end to finish on time. Those were my only two comments. Everything else was fine and pleasant for a solo traveler. Guides always made me feel welcome and not alone. Thank you!!

The tour was nice and very informative. Nafia is our tour guide and she was very informative and accomodating. The entire tour was organized by Meltem from the offfice. Everything was planned nicely so that at every step there were people meeting us and bringing us around. Thoroughly enjoyed.
