Depart from Lisbon and head straight to Portugal’s most cherished monument, the romantic Pena Palace. Enjoy a private, insightful tour of the palace grounds and interiors with our guide, Francisco Gomes, as your personal historian. If you feel like going for a walk in the forest he will show you some secret spots!
Enjoy the stunning romantic town of Sintra. Located in the middle of the Sintra Mountain Forest, this town is world-famous for it's palaces, history and pastries. Here you will have one hour of free time to try a famous local pastry: Travesseiro (Pillow) de Sintra and transport yourself to the 19th Century of Portuguese history.
Here we visit breathtaking Cape of Roca, the westernmost point of Continental Europe. Stand by the lighthouse and enjoy the view at the sharp cliffs by the Atlantic Ocean,
We will drive through the western most point in continental Europe: Cabo Da Roca. This drive will provide some of the most stunning views of Portugal, right next to Praia Da Ursa.
At the historical center of Cascais, you will have 90 minutes of free time to explore the fanciest town in Portugal and have a delightful lunch. Stroll around the fancy avenues leading you to the bay overlooking the marina and the fishing boats. Here you will have the chance to go to the beach, do some local shopping and try the most famous ice cream in the country: Santini's.
On the way back to Lisbon we will drive through Avenida Marginal: a scenic avenue drive where fancy villages meet the Atlantic Ocean. On your left you will have old Portuguese castles and beautiful gardens and on your right the sun will be setting in the ocean.

Francisco was a wonderful guide full of so much historical knowledge in a very friendly manner. His English was excellent . The lunch was fantastic! Plus some time for exploring on our own in Sintra and Cascais. Would highly recommend.

We made the tour of Sintra and Cascais and was an excellent experience from start to finish. All very well organized by Francisco, who was an exceptional guide, very friendly, attentive and with great knowledge of the local history, making the tour even more interesting. recently went on a fantastic tour that included the Pena Palace, Sintra, and Cascais — and it completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were the locations breathtaking, but the whole experience was elevated by several wonderful surprises along the way, including delicious food and drinks, all of the highest quality. Our guide was absolutely exceptional: friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much throughout the day, from history and architecture to local culture and hidden curiosities. His passion and expertise made the tour even more engaging and memorable. Overall, this was one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. Beautiful places, amazing treats, and an outstanding guide. We took a guided tour of Sintra and Pena Palace which was an absolutely fantastic experience. Francisco is a super knowledgeable guide, able to explain every detail of everything we saw. He's enthusiastic and transports you back in time with his descriptions and stories. We loved lunch at Toca do Júlio. Really enjoyed my day with Sea and See! The highlight was the private tour of Pena Palace, thanks to Francisco’s engaging explanations. The whole trip was Spot-on organized, giving us time to explore beautiful Sintra and Cascais. The drive to Cabo da Roca had some of the best views I’ve seen in Portugal.
