The tour was very well thought out and at the same time very flexible. Our guide Mike was very knowledgeable of Tokyo and its history. He was very kind and considerate of our children’s needs and took us to an amazing Ippudo Ramon restaurant that was super kid friendly. I highly recommend having Mike as your guide. 5 stars!
Great day! Mike was a fantastic guide and driver. He picked us up at our hotel. We knew places we wanted to see and he organized the day perfectly. Affordable option to go at your own pace in your own car without navigating the subway system or spending a fortune on taxis. Mike taught us a lot about Japan. Highly recommend!
Our tour guide, Jeffrey, was wonderful. He adapted the tour to our family’s interests, provided great information for what we visited and was incredibly timely and organized. Would 100% recommend. I appreciated that he adapted the tour and added sites that we didn’t even realize we wanted to see! Totally worth booking.
This is my second review fot the same terrible experience . I am still so angry about this company. Even now everytime i look at up put trop photos it ruins mynmood all over again We waited at tokyo Cruise terminal ,but out driver would not come inside of the port . He made us take a taxi to meet him outside . I dont want to write about car not evdn driver both were awfull. Now after reading some groups jn a social media i divovered this is basically scam. Japanese law requires green number plate ( how smart way) for tours but car we had on a tour did not have green number. And this was main reason not enter port area. Port staff never let them enter. I left 1 star on Viator before but i am writing here too because i dont to others to waste their money and tjme like we did Strongly avoid this company

Our family had an absolute incredible experience booking this private Tokyo tour VIATOR. Traveling with kids can be stressful but out English speaking driver Rejaul Chowdhury made everything completely seamless and relaxed. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, we felt like VIPs. The vehicle was spotless modern and very comfortable. Our driver’s English was flawless making communication incredibly easy. Rejaul was not just a driver, he was also a fantastic guide who shared fascinating stories about Tokyo’s history,culture and daily life as we moved between spots. He helped customized our itinerary ensuring we hit all the major highlights like Tokyo Tower, Ginza, Senso-ji Temple, Imperial Palace , Shibuya Crossing and so on. He even brought us to a hidden local lunch spot in Ginza. The best ramen in town. He know exactly where to drop us off to minimize walking. He even brought umbrella to make sure we won’t be wet because it was raining. Having a private car and knowledgeable ,friendly driver allowed us to see twice as much as we would have on our own without any of the transit exhaustion. It was worth every single penny. If you are visiting Tokyo with family, do yourself a favor and book this tour Viator and look for Rejaul.
Jason was great! He arrived on time and we went over the places we wanted to visit. He listened to what we wanted and also gave us tips and suggestions that only a local could. With the high price of taxis in Tokyo, he was 100% worth it, especially since he saved us a lot of walking and complaining from my kids. Highly recommend.
We had not done any research and didn’t know which places to see - John /Aviator made an itinerary for us - which was excellent. John knew Tokyo and the history very well - his English was excellent and he is very well informed. Our knowledge of Japan and Tokyo have increased greatly - in just one day. John made the day very enjoyable - we visited some superb places. Always parking close, allowed time to explore and picked up at the exact point and time agreed.
