If there is a Strike in The city Center or a special event that effects,the transfer may change start time or ITINERARY under the instructions of the operator and the agreement of the customer Please provide as much as possible contact details to the operator even after the booking If the customers want extra services like ,extra rides - km,extra stops,waiting time,business flexibility there will be an extra cost and the customer must contact the head office - operator after from the booking.The extra amounts will be payed to the driver in cash/card The operator will use only Mercedes-Benz colored black vehicles for that transfer each vehicle can fit 3- 4 persons The Operator Can Use Mercedes Benz E200 sedan-station wagon For infant seats you must contact to the operator for availability after you proceed to the booking If the customers want to book also the Return transfer,they must contact to the operator after from the primary booking. The waiting time in the port docks will be 60 minutes,if the customers do not appear then the transfer will be marked as a NON show and you will not be refunded. Each customer can carry one piece of cabin luggage 8-10 kl & one large luggage up to 28 kl extra luggage will charged. Baby trolley is accepted under contact with The operator,be aware if the trolley of the baby affect the whole transfer it will be an extra cost.Bicycles are not accepted,sports equipment is not accepted.

We scheduled for 8 am pickup but driver texted the night before to say between 8 and 8:30. He was there closer to 8:30. We were off the boat by 8 am and waited 20 minutes outside. I think next time a cab would be better as they are lined up and waiting as you get off the cruise ship.
Elton was a great driver, very informative and helpful. He made great recommendations to a couple of restaurants to get Gyros and we went to one of them and it was great.

Very nice transport company! There was some confusion where we would be picked up, but the driver texted me prior to picking us up so I could verify where we would meet. Turns out, the original driver was detained by police, so they sent another driver ASAP and we arrived at our destination on time. Would definitely recommend this service!

George was waiting at the port when our cruise ship docked . We had a fabulous informative ride taking in many sites in and around Athens - the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the presidential palace and changing of the guard, the national botanical garden, the Panathinaiko stadium , parliament buildings, academy municipal buildings, Roman Agora of Athens, Monastiraki, Tetraconch Church, Acropolis, Parthenon . It was a fantastic stopping tour and George was remarkable. En route back to the Cruise ship we had a perfect authentic Greek Mezze in a tiny family run restaurant off the beaten track in Aigaleo. What a memorable day - cannot recommend this more highly

My family and I came off our cruise ship for a transfer to our lodging. (8) Adults with liuggage. The vehicle was too small…driver insisted that it would work. After many tries, I asked him to contact his company for another vehicle, One that would fit all of us or another vehicle to carry the people and luggage that is not fitting. He informed me that there was no other vehicle and he could not double back…I told we needed to get off the pier and head to our lodging…two of us with our luggage took a taxi at a cost of 40.00USD. I have sent a note to Both companies for some sort of refund for cost or what ever they do to remedy service short comings. I await their response… Respectfully…unsatisfied costomer
Hello there, First of all, we would like to thank you so much for choosing our services, even if they didn't serve you the way you expected -as we can see from your feedback-. Your transfer was operated by a Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer Extra Long up to 8 seats. The number of luggages you brought alongside you couldn't fit in any minivan. Only in a minibus (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 20 seats) or a similar type of vehicle. We informed you at that time that you brought more luggages than allowed, but you insisted on saying that it was our fault that the minivan -that you booked- was too small to fit all the luggages in the trunk. We tried to help you out finding a solution -for your own better service, to help you de stress from all of this-. The only solution was paying another vehicle to fit in some luggages of yours by paying an additional cost. Unfortunately, it wasn't our fault that you brought alongside you more luggages than allowed. You can imagine how many more you had, that they couldn't fit in the trunk of a Mercedes-Benz minivan. You also -you saw that there was a problem with the number of luggages, that they couldn't fit in- didn't accept to fit some of them in the salon of the minivan (that would also harm our minivan, but we would do that for the sake of yours, to not pay something extra), which was accepted respectfully from us. But, we had to find a solution and arranging a second vehicle was the best option. Best Regards.
Our driver was very prompt and polite. He made sure we were very comfortable in the car, worked all of our luggage and gave us some tips as we drove. Would definitely book again.
