Sergio was our archeologist guide. Extremely knowledgeable and he was a fountain of fascinating information! My daughter and I couldn’t stop marvelling afterwards about life in Pompeii 2,000 years ago.
Excellent tour, very informative. Our guide Theresa was very knowledgable and passionate about her work which made the tour more interesting.
3 hours is a long time in that heat. Take water hats or shading umbrella. On the tour we passed 2 fountains to fill water bottles. The guide fogive me forgotten name was fantastic. She was an archaeologist on the site her knowledge was second to none!
Tour guide walked too fast and went too far ahead. When this happens we couldn’t hear through the listening device. Then had to search for the guide to get back in the tour. He also left us at a different exit then when we started. We were not aware this would happen.
Our guide Antonio was really great. Full of knowledge, funny, and had great stories. Thank you very much!
The guide was late. We left half an hour later and given the heat, we would have liked to start on time. Interesting tour but the guide does not warn about actions that can damage the site, does not involve the group, to interest the young people. We did Herculaneum in the afternoon with an archaeologist guide who was much more engaging.
Super talented Paula who knew so much, had an eye on her whole group that everyone was there, so knowledgeable and gave more than she should.
Awesome experience with a great knowledgeable tour guide made the experience much better we were able to see all the different areas and the best highlights of the area.
Great tour guide - experienced and funny. We didn’t see the major place where they have all the bodies but did see a few. Overall the tour guide was great. The quality of the audio was not - try to get closer to the guide to really hear the facts.
Fantastic though sobering trip around the ruins of Pompeii including the Villa del Misterio. Our guide, Jolanta, was excellent; knowledgeable and patient. Very happy with the service.
