Great adventure. My daughter and I really enjoyed this excursion. Some physical fitness required. Anali was a fun and great guide!
Dear Deanna, Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your daughter had such a great adventure with us. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the excursion and that Anali helped make the experience even more fun and memorable. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon! Best regards,
We had so much fun on the tour we did...quadbiking, ziplines and then a swim in a cenote. CJ was the most patient understanding and informative guide ever...thank you for an amazing time!
The tour was great and informative. Our tour guide, Alfredo, was really considerate, knowledgeable and engaging. He was great with the activities and assisting and answering questions. Front desk representatives however were very rude and did not want to take accountability for their mistake with giving wrong information for location pick up and their mistake with itinerary send out and very argumentative when we called to inquire about where location was as all locals who were asked said it did not exist. They also could not provide an exact address and changed location after pick up time and would not allow driver to come back due to their mix up.
This was the best excursion I’ve been on. Incredible experience. Our guide Markus was the dude, he was so knowledgeable and caring. Cant wait to go again
Grecia Medina was an amazing guide, wish I had brought more money to tip her. She picked us up from Bahia Principe hotel on time and took care of us the entire day. Everything from making sure we knew how to operate equipment to eating with us and being friendly with our son. My wife, 9 year old son and I had a blast. The zipline felt safe, very exciting and had great views. The snorkeling was refreshing with cool water and let us explore underground waterways. The food was delicious and all the staff was very friendly. It was a great, active way to spend time outside of the hotel and didn't take the entire day.

The Cenotes were absolutely gorgeous. Pepe picked us up and our adventure started. He was very informative and fun. We did 5 ziplines, one of them going right into the water. We also repelled into one of them with great instruction from Pepe. The snorkeling was beautiful!!! The staff also took so many pictures that we were able to purchase when finished. Lunch was a very nice and yummy selection of foods. We loved it.

I highly recommend this tour. There were only six people in our group plus our guide, Pedro. The location was great - not crowded and didn't feel too touristy. Pedro was fun and a great source of information. It was great to have some adventure in the midst of a relaxing beach vacation. The cenotes are beautiful and being able to rappel into one and snorkel in one should be something you add to your bucket list.

Things you should know:
No sunscreen is allowed - not even biodegradable sunscreen. You are in shaded areas or cenotes most of the time so it wasn't an issue, but just an FYI.
You are allowed to take a hat and sunglasses and that is it. No phones, handheld cameras, etc. They do allow a gopro if it is strapped on your head but honestly, with the activities you are doing, it would be pretty impossible to take cameras, phones, etc. They take lots of photos and a couple of videos. Of course, you have to pay for those if you want them at the end of the tour but, trust me, you will want them! You can purchase a USB drive with everything included for 70.

This is a GREAT tour.
