Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. A day prior between 12pm - 4pm local time all travelers with U.S phone numbers will receive a text message, International travelers will receive an email message with all pick up details.

- Tour duration will be 4 hours including travel time from start to end.
- In the event that the US Navy suspends boat operations or for any reason, a refund will not be issued. Your tour still includes a successful pickup driving tour, providing admission to the visitor center, museums, and bookstore. Alternative options: Tour time will extend if US Navy boats resume with reasonable time. Unscanned Arizona & Missouri tickets remain valid for seven days should you wish to arrange self-transport to the memorial at another time.
- Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.

Most of this tour is visiting Pearl Harbor. The rest is sitting in traffic. Unfortunately, we visited on a very rainy day and got soaked riding the boat to the memorial. Our tour guide was friendly and flexible.
I scheduled the tour for 10:30 a.m. . Was told to drive a half hour past the tour destination to meet at a hotel where the driver was to pick us up. We let them know that was unacceptable and to make other accommodations as we were paying top dollar. We were given an alternative rendezvous 30 seconds from the dock which we agreed to. After our 30second tour we were dropped off and told that our excursion wasn't going to begin for another three and a half hours and to sit and wait on the dock till then. I told the tour director this was unacceptable and to take me back to my car. He refused and told me to walk back. Shady shady shady operation. Now I'm waiting for violator to issue a refund, fingers crossed!
Ein was AMAZING he was on time and made sure that we were comfortable. He was sooo knowledgeable and knew sooooo much i was sooooo impressed with Ann the history he genuinely knew and didn't red off of a notebook. He was funny, knowledgeable and very curious. I really can't say enough about our excursion. He made our first day unforgettable. I would totally recommend this tour but most of all Ein as your tour guide would.be even better.
It is an interesting tour, plenty of history and nice boats. the driver was nice and helpful but the organization was a mess, i personally called them to confirm that we had tickets for the Arizona, all is set they said. but once there they forgot to do the reservation so we were put in a waiting list and need to spend part of the time waiting and queuing. no issues but for this why i need to book a tour can i not do it better myself? internal organization within the museum is good but i still had the impression that we could get more :-(
Mark was a great guide - perfectly organized trip for our family of 6 - grandparents, parents, and two boys ages 12 and 14.
Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. This was a must see experience while in Hawaii and our guide was instrumental in making it a great one.
A brilliant tour to Pearl Harbour by Finny, we were part of a small tour, we were all picked up from various hotels, the whole tour was very well organised, from the from phone call the previous day to confirm timings and details etc to the drop off. Finny was very informative and funny, he is ex military, I would highly recommend this tour.
The tour guide, McFinny was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Very informative 👏 We would like to come back and see more of the Pearl Harbor tour.
This was a private tour that included Pearl Harbor. It was by far the best tour we took during our stay. The driver,Will, was outstanding. I highly recommend this tour.
