Off the Beaten Track Half Day Sete Cidades Jeep Tour

Sergio was a great guide for the half day tour. He was knowledgeable, upbeat, communicative, and helpful. We saw beautiful sites, and Sergio helped us avoid the crowds and see the beauty in several special spots. Great driving and great experience. A nice way to see special parts of the island in half a day. Convenient hotel pick up in central Ponta Delgada.

This off-roading jeep ride was so much fun! Due to weather, we did not get to see the classic views of the lakes from the top, however the driver and guide was very knowledgeable about local history and culture, and brought us to beautiful scenic spots despite the weather. Would highly recommend!

Wow, our guide knew everything. I think there was only one question that he said he didn’t know about. Super fun, lots of hilly off-road to get to places only hikers could usually get to. We were a bit alarmed at first because it was a Toyota 4 x 4, but we felt like ultimately that it ended up being way more comfortable than a jeep.

We had a great experience touring the Azores with Pedro. From the moment we met him, it was clear how much he loves his island and enjoys sharing it with others. His knowledge went far beyond typical tour information. He taught us about the history, culture, local communities, food, and the many flowers and plants that make the Azores unique. Every stop included interesting stories and insights that helped us appreciate the island more deeply. What stood out most was his dedication to making sure we had the best experience possible. If weather or visibility wasn't cooperating at one location, he would take us somewhere else so we could still enjoy beautiful views and make the most of our time. The tour was excellent, and I especially enjoyed seeing Pedro’s genuine passion for his home. His enthusiasm made us appreciate the Azores even more. If you're visiting the islands and have the opportunity to tour with him, I highly recommend it.

Mariano was a great tour guide! He had such interesting history to share of the island and lakes and kept us entertained with detailed stories. He drove us safely to the best view points and made us feel safe and well looked after. I would definitely recommend Greenzone and Mariano!

We had a fantastic jeep tour with Ricardo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting São Miguel. Ricardo shared many interesting historical facts about the island and presented them in a fun and entertaining way. His sense of humor made the tour even more enjoyable. The tour included both famous tourist attractions and hidden off-the-beaten-path locations that we would never have discovered on our own. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, local knowledge, and adventure. Overall, it was a great experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic tour of Sete Cidades! There was an issue with road closure, but our driver Eduardo knew another way around. Besides the official tour, Eduardo gave us great advice for hiking and dining around the island. Thanks very much!

Mario, our guide was very informative and friendly and helpful! We all had a great time viewing so many beautiful views of the island and the lakes in craters. Highly recommend the activity to see the interior of Sao Miguel island.
