Itinerary

15 min

Our first stop of the day is at one of the most scenic and historic places in all of O'ahu. Learn the story about how King Kamehameha united all of the Hawaiian Islands under one monarchy as we visit the very spot where a famous battle took place.

Admission included30 min

As we drive along the Ko'olau mountain range we stop to discover a hidden gem tucked away from the main road. Byodo-In Temple was featured by National Geographic in "20 of the world's most beautiful Buddhist temples," noting its architectural details and awe inspiring surroundings.

20 min

Famously known as "The Little Country Store On Your Way to the North Shore" Steve and Chrissy Paty started this as a roadside operation in 1987 and now, three decades later it's a great place to try different local snacks and learn how to crack open some macadamia nuts as the chickens stand by watching hungrily hoping you drop a nut or two.

Admission included45 min

At Pounders, guests will have access to a greater variety of dining options, and after their meal, they can explore the retail shops at Hukilau Marketplace within the Polynesian Cultural Center. As an added bonus, Pounders is offering our guests a 10% discount at select stores

Admission included30 min

Join your E Noa tour guide on a short hike to a stunning 45-foot waterfall, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Along the way, discover the rich history of Waimea Valley and learn why this sacred area holds deep cultural and spiritual significance.

30 min

We conclude our day with a scenic drive through the charming Haleiwa Surf Town and picturesque pineapple fields, leading to a stop at the famous Dole Plantation. Be sure to indulge in the world-renowned DoleWhip frozen dessert—a refreshing treat to enjoy under the warm Hawaiian afternoon sun!

Best day tour to take

Jon was amazing the whole day. The only thing I would change is clearer instructions where the meeting point is in the hotel.

Ebola tours and Big Jon show’s Oahu like no one else can.

Big Jon at Enoa tours was entertaining and educational and informative. We loved the waterfall experience, experienced the beauty of Oahu, and enjoyed the macadamia nut farm with a variety of tasting flavors available.

Amazing big jon

Jon was amazing! He was fun! I went with my family, thought it would be boring, guess what, Jon proved me wrong. On the bus there were 20 people, he talked to everyone, talked about history and other stuff! He even made us laugh. All in all, the experience was definitely a favorite.

Great experience with potential for improvement

It was a good experience to go around the island and learn from our tour leader, Big Jon. The admission fee was fair. However, the length of each stop can be slightly increased to give a better chance of seeing everything. For example, we didn't get a chance to see the maze at the Dole plantation as we got there close to their closure.
