Our tour guide Salim was great! Entertaining and knowledgeable. We got to know people on our tour which the trip more fun. I don’t know how you can select your guide, but if you can you should schedule with “Salim the dream” as he called himself.
Dear valued guest, Thank you for the fantastic shout-out for “Salim the Dream”! We’re so happy to hear he kept things both entertaining and informative—and that you connected with fellow travelers along the way. We’ll pass your praise straight to Salim; he’ll be thrilled. We’d love to welcome you back for another fun adventure soon! Kind regards,
This thing should be called "Bus tour from Toronto", not "Boat tour from Toronto". False advertising! For the uninitiated, this is sheer deception. Also, this tour is for you if you are looking for something akin to a school excursion. Do this, don't do that, don't speak... you get the drill! I'm not someone to yell racism at every turn, but when the tour guide makes it a point to condescendingly ask you not to talk to each-other while the ones sitting further behind in the bus are clearly noisier, it makes you wonder.
This trip was a great value. Our tour guide Alex went out of the way to mitigate my wife's mobility issues, Our bus driver Hugo was the consulate professional and made us feel safe at all times. The maid of the Mist boat trip was excellent as was the included lunch at the Sheraton in Niagara Dalls. The additional stop at Niagara on the Lake was quaint and picturesque. An overall excellent choice for a tour from Toronto.
