The Falls are Gorgeous!

You can't go wrong when you see something as spectacular as Niagara Falls! Be prepared for a very long day. We were picked up at 12:30 p.m. and got back home at 1:15 a.m.! Our guide and driver were both helpful and well informed, we enjoyed visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and of course, Niagara Falls itself both in daylight and at night when it is lit up from behind. The area surrounding the falls is extremely kitchy and commercial--fast food, wax museums, loud tourist places to go. It's very loud and garish. The buffet meal that was included was okay for a buffet. I ordered a cocktail and it was $23. Also, while the fireworks were pretty, I'm not sure it's worth staying for two hours to see.

The service was very good, the driver was very friendly and always attentive to the group, the explanations were good, he covered the entire itinerary, and when returning, he made sure that each person arrived at their destination; in summary, it was an amazing experience.

Horrible experience! We had just 1 hour to ourselves to enjoy the falls,

We departed at 1:00 and didn't arrive at the falls until 6:15. There was a severe delay getting out of GTA which added to the drive time, but we didn't go directly to Niagra once we circled the city A little town, a tiny church, the flower clock, a whirlpool.....This is not a trip to the falls, it's a trip to the countryside on a bus with no wifi or charging outlets. My family had planned to relax and spend our day at the falls during the daylight and enjoy the colors at night. Instead it was 5 hours of breakneck driving with one hand on a microphone and the other gesturing to sights. Our driver Ali had the shuttle bus weaving in and across lanes, exceeding the speed limit at nearly all times on the way there. I was nauseated with fear, which hasn't happened before. It was then a rush to the boat ride and immediately to dinner. By then it was dark and we had 1 hour to dash towards the Canadian falls. This was a horrible experience, it felt like an incredible scam and so unsafe. I would recommend you NOT take this tour!!

Memorable trip

Johnny was the highlight of our Niagara Falls trip! He wasn’t just our driver/guide/problem solver, and entertainer all rolled into one. His knowledge of the Niagara Falls area was impressive, but what amazed us even more was his understanding of places and cultures from around the world. On top of that, Johnny has a fantastic sense of humor. He kept us laughing throughout the entire day, and the time flew by so quickly that we hardly noticed it passing. Every one of us had a wonderful time and shared countless laughs along the way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely fun to be around, Johnny is the person to choose. He made our trip truly memorable!

Zoom Tour to Niagara Falls - Highly Recommend! Request Garry as your Tour Guide!

We had a fantastic experience with Zoom Tours and our awesome tour guide, Garry! We selected Zoom's Niagara Falls Freedom Day Tour. PROS: Garry was on-point punctual for 7 am pick up. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and shared lots of great information along the way. His warmth and sense of humor made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. Garry cared about his passengers' comfort and always made sure everyone was having a good experience. He drove safely, and kept our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van clean and comfortable throughout the journey. With only about 10 people in our group, the experience felt much more personal than traveling on a large tour bus. It turned out to be the perfect fit for us. On the ride home, everyone enjoyed the radio featuring favorite '80s music hits. It was well received and helped make the trip back so relaxing. Garry's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the trip memorable. We highly recommend Garry and would gladly travel with him again. Thank you, Garry for being a terrific guide!! CON: Typical rush hour traffic back into town. Bring a neck pillow, the ride back is the perfect opportunity to catch a power nap after a long day of fun! All the best, A & R Desouza (Florida)

Do not sit at the back of the bus because it stinks of concentrated urine. I had to deal with bad smell to and from Niagara. That trip was over an hour long

Expensive and want a refund

It was absolutely horrible. I had to take a taxi to my pick up because they said that I wasn’t going to be dropped off at the same pick up.. part of the things that were planned for the itinerary wasn’t done like admission to three different locations just ended up being a walk by when it said admission included and it had that amount of time that we were supposed to be there. They were also late to pick me up by 30 minutes. We also had to meet them on the other side of that pick up because of traffic. They did not even call me. I had to keep contacting them. Apparently I am going to get reimbursed for the taxi which I better get and I am also hoping to get reimbursed for the admission of the places that we only walked by because that is very unfair and it was an expensive tour!!
