Excellent option for a day trip. Our tour guide Paul was great and very friendly!
Our guide and driver Lina was excellent
We had an amazing time on our tour! Everything was well organized and clear. Kaleb was an outstanding guide and we learned so much from him.
We had a fantastic day at Niagara Falls with Queen Tours! Our tour guide, Nadia, kept everyone well informed throughout the day, clearly explaining the schedule and sharing interesting facts about Ontario's steel industry, the Great Lakes, and other notable landmarks along the way. The coach bus arrived on time, and boarding was well organized. Throughout the day, Nadia regularly did headcounts to make sure no one was left behind. Our bus driver was friendly, and the lighthearted banter between him and Nadia made the ride even more enjoyable. We were able to get a great deal that included both Journey Behind the Falls and the Hornblower Niagara Cruise. I highly recommend doing both! The Hornblower takes you incredibly close to the falls. Although it rained a little, it didn't take away from the experience at all. Surprisingly, you don't get nearly as soaked as you might expect, and it's truly a memorable experience. We also stopped at a maple syrup and chocolate factory. While it was a nice stop, I personally felt it was a bit too long. Thirty to forty-five minutes would have been plenty of time to sample the products, take a few pictures, and grab a quick bite. Once you arrive at Niagara Parks and begin the attractions, time flies, so any extra time there would be appreciated. There's enough time to enjoy the included activities and grab something to eat, but not enough time to fully explore the entire park—which just gives you a great reason to come back! We returned to our hotel a little earlier than expected, which was perfectly fine. After such an early start and a full day of sightseeing, most of us slept comfortably on the ride back. The coach bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. Overall, this tour was well organized, professional, and a lot of fun. I would absolutely recommend Queen Tours. We also found a great deal by booking through Viator, so it's worth checking there for discounts before you book.
I Had a Great Time because of Marian. She Was an AMAZING Driver & WONDERFUL Guide...If I Have a Choice - I Will ALWAYS ChoseHer...Can't Thank Her Enough for Making Sure Everyone Was COMFORTABLE & Having a Great Time & Being Infrormed!!! She Told Us the History & Had a Great Sense of HUMOR...Thank You Marian for an Unforgettable Time❤️
Hi Andre, thank you so much for your wonderful review and for sharing how much you enjoyed your experience with Marian. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to her! 💙
It was a really nice tour with a really good guide! The only thing that I wish I knew beforehand that in order to see the waterfall properly you almost need to book the boat tour, which made it more expensive. This would have been good to know beforehand!
Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback and for your kind words about your guide! Guests are able to enjoy a close-up view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls during the Table Rock Centre stop, while the boat experience brings you right up to the base of the falls for a different perspective and added adventure ☺️
We followed the directions to the pick up point, which was so popular a large bus was waiting for us when we got there. The tour guide explained the days activities and stops on the way, and provided informative commentary. The tour was not rushed, we had ample time at each stop and at the falls. The Behind the Falls and Maid of the Mist experiences were great and well organised
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the itinerary, informative commentary, and the incredible sights of Niagara Falls. It’s wonderful to know you had plenty of time to explore each stop and that the Behind the Falls and boat ride added to your day 🇨🇦
Tracy was an amazing guide!!! The trip was just spectacular and I am so wonderfully in awe of the majesty of the falls!!! Tracy was kind and generous with taking us places and giving us time and even water at the end of our trip!!! If I had one complaint it would be about the bus itself, we sat in the way back where the seats would not lie back, but the people in front were able to do so. What bothered us was that when the front people lied back, it was hard for us to get in and out of our seats and it was really tight. Otherwise, the trip was entirely amazing!!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your wonderful compliments about Tracy, we’re happy to hear she made your Niagara Falls adventure such a special one. We also appreciate your feedback about the bus seating arrangement and will share your comments with our team as we continue working to make the journey more comfortable for everyone 😊
The tour guide and driver were extremely nice and accommodating! The tour was fantastic and would definitely recommend.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We're so happy to hear you found the guide and driver accommodating and that you enjoyed the tour! 😊
I live in NYC and have been to many tours both in the US and internationally, for example Italy, Japan, Austria. This was by far the worst tour I have ever been on. They managed the tour like we were school children and we were reporting to the strictest teacher at school who we all hate. In other countries, the tour guides and tour operators need to get a license or certified to operate a tour. Here, it seemed like the tour company and tour guide had no experience like that. The only qualification our tour guide had was she was a former school bus driver. She told us almost nothing about Toronto or Niagara falls (again her lack of training was very obvious). Her being on the bus made no difference. On the tour posting, they could mention how different meeting points could lead to different buses and the meet up time at each meeting point. But they were not open to hearing any feedback how they could improve. In fact, they told me how they do things is how it done everywhere and had no intention doing things better. I understand that they want to be on time the whole day. But they were strict to a point where me and my friends felt stressed out the whole day to enjoy the tour. The fall was nice and the driver seemed pleasant as well. But the tour company and the tour guides were worst experienced I ever had.
Hi Trina, All of our guides are certified Niagara Parks tour guides. Your dedicated tour guide brings over 3 years of guiding experience and visits Niagara Falls with guests 4-5 times each week. You and your friend made multiple bookings without asking us in advance to be together on the bus, until the night before departure. We immediately made space on the other bus for you with your friend, and you got mad at us because you were still eating breakfast. You were then being rude to the tour guide for the rest of the day. We sent you all confirmation emails right after booking which state that we have multiple buses per day and that you need to be on time for your assigned pick up, and we also sent you a WhatsApp and email reminder with the same information the day before the tour. You don’t need to lecture us about your wonderful travel resume - we sent you all 3 reminders with ample notice and we still made last minute changes to accommodate you.
