Be prepared to have fun. I wish they would make the lights on the Beam Me Up Scotty illusion actually have the lights going up which Trkkiewould give a great illusion.
Not worth the $ paid, extremely short tour. Only a couple of them were good, other than that extremely disappointing

We hope to welcome you back soon!
I purchased almost $400 worth of gift certificates for Christmas for both daughters and their families to go the Museum. I finally was able to get everyone together to go. We arrived at 11am with 5 adults and 5 children and was told it was sold out and we would have to come back at 7 pm. When I purchased these gift certificates, I was not told that I needed to make reservations. We drove a hour and a half to get there. Very disappointed!
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment, especially given the amount of planning involved in coordinating a visit for your family. We understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive after such a long drive and learn that timed entry was unavailable. We always recommend making a reservation as our time slots fill pretty quickly! We would love to welcome you back and will be happy to reschedule this for you!
