Very flexible tour since it was private. Driver only spoke minimal English. The only negative aspect was we were charged for extra time at the end of the trip because we got stuck in traffic on the highway, which was no fault of ours. This was despite departing on time as instructed by the driver. We did not argue about the extra time charged and paid the driver,. However, it left us very disgruntled about the tour.
Hello friend, thank you for your feedback. The policy on handling time-out situations should be more lenient towards customers rather than overly strict. We will ensure to convey this to the fleet. Best Regards.
