Please be ready at your selected pickup location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. For hotel pickups, wait in the main lobby or at the hotel entrance. If you're being picked up from a station or private address, please wait at the agreed meeting point. Your driver will arrive promptly and assist you with boarding.

This was an incredible trip since it allowed us to take a day and relax as we journeyed to Mt Fuji, Arakurayama Park, Lake Kawaguchi, and Owaku-dani Valley. Our driver, Aiman Omer, was very courteous and explained the locations to us and did not rush us through the stops. It was a beautiful day and we captured beautiful pictures of our stops. The van was a luxury vehicle with reclining seats which allowed us to take a break during our 2 week trip in Tokyo.
