We had a wonderful day touring the Mornington Peninsula wineries with Nicci. She selected a diverse group of wineries for our wine tastings and we had a fabulous, relaxing lunch at the Merricks Store Restaurant (the setting is lovely). Nicci is a great guide. 10/10 day.
We had a fantastic day! Craig was exceptional with his knowledge and hospitality! One of the best wine tours we have done. Lunch was beautiful at the Merricks General Store!
Too short. I didnt mind paying more if needed but trip was less than half a day with all the travel time
Mornington Peninsula is just over an hour from the City as per the itinerary When you toured last March with one other couple we returned to the City after wineries close for wine tasting at 4pm. We are conscious that guests like to return to the City close to 5/530pm the published time when booking so they can relax and talk about their wonderful experience on the Mornington Peninsula before getting ready for dinner. Paying more for a winery to stay open for you may be expensive and not suit other guests on the tour
Terrific wine tour. Nikki is a fabulous guide. The stops were terrific - we learned a lot about the region in our drive and from the cellar door hosts. Pt Leo sculpture garden was a highlight.
Thank you Beth! A lovely day on the Mornington Peninsula for sure. Come back soon 🍷❤️
As there were just two of us on the tour, Nicci was super flexible and gave us choices of venues and activities to ensure we had a fantastic day. Merrick’s General Store provided a tasty lunch with good wine matches. A walk around the gorgeous and impressive Pt Leo sculpture garden was something a bit different to do among a solid day of wine-tasting at the five delicious wineries we visited.
The tour guide was very friendly, all the food and drinks tasted delicious, we even bought 3 bottles to bring back home because it’s that good. I can’t wait to book another tour next time!🤩
Thank you for joining us! We love the Mornington Peninsula wine too. We look forward to showing you the Yarra Valley on your next tour. All the best
Our guide Nikki was fantastic, very knowledgeable! We got to taste some delicious wines and the scenery was beautiful, we had a great day.
