Efficient way to see these lakes, our driver was very accommodating and had parking access very close to entrance

The experience was more like an expensive bus drop off. It was not a tour. You can actually take public transportation and see both lakes.
We had two stops. Was not even at the lakes mentioned in the tour. No stars at first location. 10 min stop. And 30 min stop for 2 nd location. I do not recommend this to anyone. Not worth your money
We did the sunset tour and it was so pretty. When we arrived at Morraine Lake we climbed the rock pile last and my husband and I were the only ones up there. Our driver William was fantastic !!!

I received a note that they didn’t meet the minimum for the group tour and they were very accommodating and offered a private tour option. Kenny was our tour guide who picked us up in Calgary and ensured we had a wonderful experience for the few hours we had available. We rode the Banff Gondola, spent some time shopping in Banff Town and saw the sunset at Lake Louise. As a bonus, on the ride back we caught a glimpse of the Northern Lights which don’t usually reach this far south. Hands down, book the tour! You will have no regrets and thank you for everything.
