The driver was funny and very knowledgeable. The ride was nice and smooth. We arrive on time and learn something new especially the $20 dollar.
Was a great experience! Perfect amount of time at each location. Red our driver had a great sense of humor. He was always on time and we never had to wait for the bus like others. If you are thinking of taking a shuttle ask for red. Morraine lake was my favorite lake of the two.
Beautiful our driver Red told wonderful stories not only to educate but he made us laugh and kept us safe
We booked this trip in advance for 7/15/2026 at 0930. We went to the parking lot we were instructed to go to. We waited for over an hour 1030. No one showed up, no call or text to say he was running late or not coming. The security guard said driver was on his way, then said he would be here. No driver came. Finally I received a text 11am saying the driver was not coming and we could rebook for 230pm or get a refund. No communication and waiting for 1 1/2 hours. Disappointing. I felt we missed half the day.
Let’s add the missing part of this story: the tour was not cancelled, abandoned, or swallowed by the Canadian Rockies. An unexpected operational issue delayed the 9:30 a.m. departure, and guests were offered either a later 2:30 p.m. tour or a full refund. We fully agree that the communication was too slow. You should not have waited that long for a clear update, and that part deserves criticism. However, “no one was coming” is not quite the same as “the tour was moved to a later time and I was given the choice to rebook or receive my money back.” One version is an operational delay. The other sounds like a wilderness survival documentary. Yes, the delay affected your morning. No, we did not steal half of July 15, 2026. Transportation was still offered that afternoon, along with the refund option. We apologize for the poor communication. But disappointment does not require adding a dramatic disappearance scene to a tour that was rescheduled—not erased from existence.
Our tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was wonderful! My husband and I were traveling with our 9 month old and the length of the trip and the shuttle bus were perfect for our little family. We could put our stroller in the back and leave whatever we wanted to on the bus while we were at the stops. The shuttle bus was very nice and comfortable, unlike some of the school buses we saw on the way.
Nice trip. Driver was so very nice but not much information
First the shuttle broke down and no communication with us until we called to ask why the shuttle was late. They moved us to 2pm and that just ruin our whole schedule for the day. And since we were booked the early trip we had to end up paying parking for the whole day. That cost us $110. They said will reimburse us half of the price but that’s not enough to cover the parking cost. Then shuttle was just like a school bus, where we sat hot air came out like the oven and driver kept on saying AC was on. The whole ride was like we were sitting in the oven. I won’t be booking and or recomend this company to anyone.
We’re sorry the unexpected mechanical issue disrupted your schedule. The shuttle was removed from service for safety, and we arranged a replacement departure at 2:00 p.m. We also offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the replacement shuttle did not come with reimbursement for your entire day’s parking, a redesigned itinerary, climate control matching a five-star resort, and compensation for every inconvenience experienced afterward. We operate tours—not an unlimited “something went wrong, so please pay for everything” program. That said, the communication should have been faster, and the replacement vehicle should have been more comfortable. Those are fair criticisms, and we have addressed them with our operations team. Mechanical breakdowns are frustrating, but transporting passengers safely remains more important than sending out a vehicle that should not be on the road. We apologize for the delay—even if our partial refund did not satisfy the request for the deluxe compensation package.
Our driver never showed up. No one communicated with us, we had to call multiple times for updates after waiting and hour we were finally told it wouldn’t be happening.
Let’s correct the dramatic ending: the tour was not cancelled, abandoned, or lost somewhere in the Rockies. It was moved to a later departure time because of an unexpected operational issue—and the tour still continued. We agree that communication should have been faster. You should not have needed to call multiple times for an update, and we apologize for that failure. However, saying “the driver never showed up” makes it sound like everyone vanished and the tour ceased to exist. In reality, the departure was rescheduled and transportation was provided later that day. The delay was frustrating, and that is fair criticism. But changing “the tour was delayed” into “it wasn’t happening” adds a little Hollywood drama that even our sightseeing tour did not include.
Amazing trip, one of a kind experience, goes smoothly and so much fun. A dream come true and ill see you again.
Driver was on time and drove well through the twisty mountain roads. Lakes were gorgeous. We had more than enough time at both places. Spectacular views and didn't have to worry about traffic or parking!
