Itinerary
The Tori gate of Itsukushima shrine is such a spectacular place. We will take pictures just in front of the gate when it's low tide and walk accessible (when it's high tide, there is a perfect photo place just around the gate).
We are going to one of the most popular shrines called Itsukushima Shrine. The architecture and the beautifully painted interior are amazing and everywhere is a photo spot! Also, you are going to be hearing many interesting stories about this shrine from the guide. (around 10 pictures in shrine)
This is a very famous food and drink street among Japanese travelers. Many local foods such as very flesh oyster, maple-shaped steamed bun, craft beer, and lemon Zhuhai (Japanese Shochu mixed with soda). Let's have some local food and stroll around the street! The guide will take pictures of you being into those local foods!!
I know you have been to many temples in Japan. But trust me. This Daishoin would amaze you differently, and this place has a very unique photo spot. So let's enjoy a little bit of eccentric place here, and the guide will take you more than 10 pictures with the view.
Take a break with a forest bath at the beautiful Momijidani Park. Miyajima is especially famous for its autumn foliage, and when fall arrives, the stunning scenery attracts countless tourists.

We loved Miyajima. The Itsukushima shrine was fascinating and the Daishoin temple was beautiful. We walked through a lovely park and our guide Yuti made us matcha tea and a snack from Hiroshima. We enjoyed our day and our tour guide had lots of interesting information and was very kind and helpful.
Thank you so much for coming to our tour this time! We are glad that you had a fun in Miyajima island and enjoyed the day with our guide. Come back to Miyajima whenever you visit Japan again!! :)
We had a wonderful day with Yuta. We were originally planning a half day tour to Miyajima and changed it to an all day tour. Yuta was very patient, kind and shared a lot of information. Our 21 year old nephew was traveling with us and he's very quiet. Yuta was wonderful with him. They got a long very well and we loved how Yuta made an effort of asking our nephew more about his interest, which really got my nephew talking. Thank you for a wonderful day Yuta. We hope to bring the rest of our family back to visit Hiroshima and hope you can show the rest of our family around then and hope you will reach out if you ever visit California.
Thank you so much for coming to Hiroshima this time! I am very happy that you had a fun with your family and nephew. Thank you also for inviting me to your hometown California, and I am looking forward to seeing you all again, and also looking forward to seeing other lovely family members too someday! Please come back to Japan and visit us anytime:) Thank you so much! Yuta
