Eric was a phenomenal tour guide! He provided us with a very in-depth tour of Machu Picchu, and was also very personable. He answered any and all questions for us, while also taking phenomenal photos. He knows his stuff! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Eric did an amazing job. He went out of his way to help us out and explain things. We had a ton of questions
We really enjoyed this guided tour! Eric was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Machu Picchu. Communication was great. Eric ensured we had all of the information we needed and that our transportation was organized in getting to Machu Picchu from Aguas Calientes train station. Definitely recommend!!
Victor was an amazing tour guide, my husband had a recent injury and Victor was super patience with us and walk to our pace. Amazing explanation and knowledge of the city. Really enjoyed the tour, a 10/10 experience!
Eric was a great guide. Friendly, accommodating and informative. He paced our incredible trip round Machu Piccu perfectly, taking us to all the choice photo spots and giving us excellent insights into MP and the inca culture. Highly recommend.
Lizandro was excellent! He reached out the day before to organize picking us up and guided us through the whole process on the day of, including transportation. He was friendly, informative, and well spoken. Would gladly recommend!
An excellent, thorough presentation of the Inca civilization, its history, and Machu Picchu. Worth every penny!
Our Machu Picchu tour with Eric was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient, and brought the history of the site to life with great stories. He timed everything perfectly so we avoided the biggest crowds and got amazing photos. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!
The whole experience was perfect. From the moment our bus arrived to Aguascalientes we were met by someone at the train station who then got us our bus hassle free. Once we arrived to the top we were met by our guide Julio who then handled everything else and we got into our circuit hassle free. Once inside he explained the history and took amazing pictures for us. We didn’t feel rushed or awkward and he was a pleasure to be with. This was one of the highlights of our trip! Definitely worth it.
Our tour guide Eric responded with only sketchy one-word responses to our messages the day before (we wanted to confirm our very early meetup because we had a 6am entry ticket), and then he never showed up. There were a few available guides at the entrance of Machu Picchu so we paid the same (expensive) fee to hire one of them. Luckily, the guide we ended up having (not associated with Viator) was fantastic, so we were happy Eric hadn't shown up (since we were not confident he would have been a good guide!), but we lost our money. Extremely disappointed.
