Takes away the uncertainty and stress.

Everything went smoothly, got my ticket quite easily and the trip to Machu Picchu went really well after I met my guide, who was excellent.

Kinda expensive but it definitely paid for ease of mind!!

Really glad I did this instead of waiting day of for tickets and trying to navigate the official website. I was a little nervous paying $89 usd for someone else to buy it on my behalf but it was such a stress reliever not having to worry about getting to Machu Picchu that was the highlight of my trip

Great time.

Edwin was my guide into Machu Picchu and he made the experience very memorable and educational. Your’e lucky if you get Edwin. Also the rest of the tour operators were helpful in ensuring I had a smooth experience even in the face of uncertainty. So that is one thing on the consumer end to be mindful of is that flexibility is needed for the last minute bookings where you don’t have a ticket. That said, having gone once if I were to return I may attempt to do some of the logistics myself and stay in Ahias Calientes to facilitate that.

The most perfect Machu Picchu experience!

Our guide Jon was absolutely incredible, we had an amazing time visiting Machu Picchu with him. Jon was funny and super knowledgeable and made the visit so much fun! The company met us when we got off our train and organized everything from tickets to bus to tour guide. We would 100% book with them again!

NOT A TICKET

THIS IS NOT A TICKET TO ENTER MACHU PICCHU. The tour guide will meet you and take you to the municipal building where you go in to TRY and get one of the tickets that are available for the next day or subsequent days. You don't need someone to do this for you. The town is tiny and you can walk everywhere on foot super easy. The tour guide essentially does nothing that you couldn't have done yourself and you can save a lot of money doing it on your own. There is no guarantee you will get a ticket for the next day or for the next few days. I suggest planning your trip to Machu Picchu with another company or on the legitimate website of Machu Picchu several months in advance so you can ensure you have a ticket in hand BEFORE you go. Using this company is useless. Our tour guide didn't even show up at Machu Picchu the morning of our tour. We waited and waited and had to go in WITHOUT A GUIDE. They refunded $90 for the tour guide not showing up but the rest of the hassle and the money we spent for the tickets in the end wasn't worth it. I gave 2 stars because we were able to get into Machu Picchu but it wasn't a fun experience stressing about how many days we were going to have to wait to get in.

First day travel to Aguascalientes to pich up tickets and the NEXT day go to machu pichu. DID NOT HAPPENED! It mess up .y trip! Very disappointed that viator work with companies that do not honor their promises and spoil complete vacations!!

You don't get a ticket to the Machu Picchu ruins for sure.

They were very kind to us, but due to the unexpected number of tourists, we had two nights in Machu Picchu village and had three extra days to spare, but unfortunately we were unable to secure tickets. It is not a tour where you can be sure to get a ticket even if you pay a lot of money, and you won't know until the day. We will not be able to extend our stay any longer due to flight restrictions, so we will be staying in Machu Picchu and not entering the ruins. I was planning to celebrate my birthday in Machu Picchu, so I'm really sorry. We are in the process of requesting a refund. Don't cry like we do. Plan your trip at least 3 months in advance and get your ticket from the official website.
