Pre plan the trip and do the research beforehand

You need to plan the trip and coordinate bus ticket and train ticket and entrance tickets if you are not doing thr Inca trial. You are now allowed on the bus too early and if you are late to the entrance ticket for the time, they have the right not to let you in after a grace period of an hour after the time.shown on ticket entrance. Worth it and a must see

Best tour of the 25 countries I’ve visited

THE BEST experience my Mom and I have ever had. We’ve have been to a lot of different countries and have been on a lot of tours.. This is my 25 country and this was the best tour I’ve ever been on. Juan Carlos made this fun and interesting. There were people stopping and listening in our on tour bc he’s that good!! I wasn’t upset. He’s energetic plus he takes fun pics and took fun videos. I highly recommend taking a tour with this company and ask for Juan Carlos! He does English y Espanol.

better to buy the ticket on-site

Machu Picchu is one of the wonders of the world and needs no review. The ticket does not require turning to Viator, GetYourGuide or similar. You yourself wait in line early in the morning at the opening of the cultural center office in Aguas Calientes with your passport and buy the ticket for the next day. I believe there were 1000 tickets sold every day for the next day. The secret was to arrive with the first train or the evening before (the office opened at 6:00, the first train arrived at about 6:20, if you went to wait in line from 5:00, the ticket was guaranteed). So the sale they make to you to guarantee the spot is fake. You do everything yourself. You also paid for the guide and the bus, but the price on-site is definitely lower. Then the 2 hours they tell you for the site are only the guide's availability, which are based on an average time, and it helps to limit entries. You can see the site at your own pace. We rushed, fearing that the time would run out, taking photos in a hurry, only to discover at the end that we could have stayed at our own pace (which was only a little longer, but at least we wouldn't have had the anxiety). Then circuit 2a and 2b are the same circuit, the distinction is only in the sale of the tickets. In short, improper use of the platform to be reported.

Stunning view.

The view were very beautiful, It is best to learn little about the history before you go as there are no information written there. Also there were too many people, but they were respectful and patience to take photos taken in turn.

Takes away the uncertainty and stress.

Everything went smoothly, got my ticket quite easily and the trip to Machu Picchu went really well after I met my guide, who was excellent.

Kinda expensive but it definitely paid for ease of mind!!

Really glad I did this instead of waiting day of for tickets and trying to navigate the official website. I was a little nervous paying $89 usd for someone else to buy it on my behalf but it was such a stress reliever not having to worry about getting to Machu Picchu that was the highlight of my trip
