Description of the tour includes a knowledgeable guide and five hour tour, thus the word "tour" in the title and description. In fact, we had a (good) driver who was clear that he was NOT a tour guide but only a driver. He dropped us off and picked us only. I complained to Viator by chat, email, and phone to no avail after the event. We had five Viator tours this trip only, surprisingly poor customer service. On top of this, the tour is now twice what we paid, four times the price of UberX and infinitely more than the train considering that you need to arrange a tour on your own in Cambridge. Avoid this tour at all costs!

This is explained before the trip, as Blue Badge guides are a separate service with additional qualifications and costs. Our chauffeur was there to provide safe and comfortable transport and general information — not a guided tour.
