It wasnt exactly a tour, just a private driver. He took us to recommended sites and dropped us off and picked us up. It your looking for a tour guide with back info. This is not for you. He is strictly a driver. So you avoid taxis and walking.
Our driver was Zubair, he picked us up at our hotel on time. Zubair was very knowledgeable of London. He was very polite, patient and easy to understand. It was a little pricey but we booked for ten hours. We saw London in a day. It would be a great deal if you have four people. This is the second time we used Viator and I will book again.
