Itinerary
After pick up from your London or Heathrow hotel, we will make our way to Windsor Castle, where over 900 years of royal history await you. Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest continuously occupied castle in the world and an official residence of our present King, Charles III. Here, you will have a chance to visit the lavish state apartments, the Grand Reception Room and the Royal Chapel of St George, which serves as the resting place of many of our Kings and Queens, and also provided the setting for the 2018 royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. After our visit to Windsor Castle, we begin the journey to Southampton, a journey of approximately 75-100 minutes. When we arrive in Southampton, you will walk straight to the check in desk. Porters will take care of your luggage, ensuring it is delivered to your cabin. Please make sure you use the luggage label in your cruise pack to facilitate this. We plan to drop you at your cruise terminal between 1:30pm – 2:00pm.

Excellent for what we needed. They picked us up at our hotel promptly on time around 8:15am. We went the Windsor castle and spent about 2.5 hours there. We had plenty of time to see the castle. We were taken to our cruise terminal in Southampton (NCL) on time about 2:00pm. No crowds at the terminal and walked right on. I would highly recommend if staying in central London and going out of the Southampton Terminal.
If you're using this for just transport to the port then that part went very smoothly. If this is also supposed to be a tour of Windsor then it is not. Despite booking this experience months and months ago I was apparently assigned to the overflow van with only a driver and no guide. The driver was very nice but there's nothing guided about this tour. Secondly they move the pickup time to an hour later so we had less than 2 hours at Windsor Castle. I had just enough time to see the state apartments in St George's chapel but had to skip Queen Mary's dollhouse Eaton and Windsor town because the time a lot had been cut. The best part of the trip was the transfer to the port which went very smoothly and confidently.
What a fantastic driver!!! Driver was actually early, found us in the lobby of our hotel. Very personable and great to chat with on our way to Windsor Castle. After our tour of the castle, we were hungry and he stopped for us to get something to eat, he even stopped at a ATM machine so we could get some cash to tip him with.
What an incredible travel experience. Our driver Rob was the best guide. He communicated quickly and made our experience all the better. I had left An item at our hotel pre cruise and Rob called on Saman to help us out and pick and deliver it to me when we docked back in Southampton. Truly exceptional service and company and we will definitely use them again
Wonderful way to get to your cruise ship! Our driver Mark was phenomenal. We arrived at the castle as it opened and barely had any wait time to enter and afterwards we were dropped off at our ship with plenty of time to spare.
Why are a simply take a transfer to Southampton when you can also spend time at Windsor Castle? Taking the tour was a easy decision and it didn't disappoint. We had an excellent driver who got us to the ship on time. Plus we had nearly two hours at the castle including Saint George's chapel and village of Windsor. We had access to the audio guides and had just the right amount of time to experience the Queen's favorite palace.
We had a great driver/guide, got us in ahead of a long line and was very pleasan to spend the day with.
Our pick up from Heathrow was seem less. Our driver was awesome! Took us to Windsor Castle and around the town of Windsor. Explained the history and traditions. Would highly recommend!
Excelente service and the bus is in great conditions Dan and Karlo where patient and kind with all the Group. The castle visit is a most!!!!
Windsor Castle and London were extremely pretty. All of the views were absolutely spectacular, as were our guides Dan "The Man" and Kalam. They provided fun (and funny) commentary all throughout the tour, and took a vested interest in engaging each of the passengers.
