Very well done. More than a “museum”, you’re actually put in Churchill’s command center. I woukd call it an actuality. Definitely something not to miss while in London
Unprecedented tour of the war rooms used to run the United Kingdom's efforts during World War II. Audio was very helpful with all the exhibits. Could have spent 5 hours in there for all the historical documents and information. Actual documents and maps are on display. Outstanding.
I was concerned that the Viator person would be there and coordinate our entry. Worked like clockwork! Thr Viator person even assisted with an issue that one of our guests had.

Need to get with the times, AC isn’t a luxury it’s an everyday way of life, like water, heat, a good meal, additionally your QR code of the booking in the wallet app didn’t work, I had to find my email of the booking to get admission

Great experience! The audio tour is very good. The admission fee was very reasonable.
While it gave some relief insight as to what living is a bomb shelter was like, it was oversold, very crowded. It was difficult to get good views as there were people in front of everything.
The tour was informative and the audio guide was easy to use and follow. I enjoyed learning about Winston’s impact and my family enjoyed it as well.

Absolutely fascinating trip experience. Could have spent hours there as there was so much to see, listen to and interact with. The audioguide was excellent. Also I felt they controlled numbers at the museum well so that you were able to actually see and read the information boards without feeling too pressured to quickly move on or miss exhibits. A great experience.
