We started our trip with this tour. Americo was so great that we hired him for our entire trip!! He was knowledgeable and definitely loves his work. We spent 5 days with him.
My first trip to Europe. And we were already received at the airport with great receptivity. The private one-day tour conducted by the company Seconds and Minutes was sensational. Puntuals at the airport, with very comfortable car. Fabíola who made the tour with my family was very friendly, communicative and fun, making the tour very pleasant. There were 14 of us in the group, so we booked 2 vans and our driver/guide's names were both Carlos. So to differentiate the two, we referred to them as Carlos 1 and Carlos 2. The two Carlos were exceptionally friendly, funny, patient, speaks English quite well, and knowledgeable about the places on the itinerary. They listen to what the group prefer to see, or do or eat, and they give suggestions on all that we want. I think the tour would not have been that good, if not for Carlos 1 and Carlos 2. We were all very happy customers!
