Extremely disappointing experience. The departure area has multiple boat tour operators, making it very confusing to determine which boat was the correct one. I spent valuable time trying to find the proper departure point, and when I finally located the correct boat, it was still there and had not yet left. Despite that, I was told I could no longer board. I understand that tours operate on a schedule, but considering how confusing the meeting location is, I expected at least some effort to help or a more customer-focused approach. Instead, I was simply turned away without any accommodation or alternative offered. What made the experience even more frustrating was that my refund request was denied, even though I never got to experience the tour. Paying for an experience that you never receive, only to have a refund refused afterward, is unacceptable customer service. I cannot recommend this tour operator based on my experience. If you decide to book, make sure you arrive very early and give yourself plenty of extra time to locate the correct boat, as the departure area can be confusing and there appears to be little flexibility if any issues arise.
This was very disappointing. The whole city of Lisbon was shut down for the World Cup. We messaged them as soon as possible to let them know we were struggling to get there on time, they told us they would wait 10 mins, and told a different party they’d wait for 15 mins. (The other party was a Bride and her bachelorette party!) We all arrived on time, and the boat, sitting still docked, refused to let us on. When we asked to please let us on, they said “Next time follow instructions.” The workers were VERY rude, mocking us as they left. The contact person also has stopped responding when I told them they need reschedule or refund us. There are so many boat tours in Lisbon, do not waste your time or money on this one.
Very poor customer service, rude staff - not enough seating, would avoid at all costs.
Nice evening out on the water to escape the intense heat. The crew was courteous, especially at the bar. The DJ needed to read his crowd better. He didn’t play fun music until the end of the cruise. It might have been nice for the crew to point out some of the attractions along the way. But the value was good and we enjoyed the cruise.
It was really good fun. We enjoyed our welcome drinks, dancing to the music and taking in the beautiful view. The sunset option was a great option for people who want to avoid the sun during the day but still explore.
Bar is very reasonable. Take a jacket as gets windy on the river. Take change for tips. Great atmosphere!!
Really fun trip. Saw all the sights and had a fun and music filled evening! Great vibes all around. Definitely worth joining.
Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the music was great.
The sunset boat tour in Lisbon was amazing. The views of the city and the bridge at sunset were absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was music and dancing on board, which created a fun atmosphere, and a free drink was included. Overall, a fantastic and memorable experience.
So much fun! Bought these last minute and don’t regret it. Only thing is wish it was a bit longer! Overall, great experience. You get one complementary drink and you can just relax and enjoy the music and view while you sail around the ocean
