The driver would have been helped if he had a microphone or something where we could hear a little better. The tuk tuk was very uncomfortable and bumpy on the cobblestone roads. We were hoping to have more of a private experience where we could’ve seen places we wanted to go, but that wasn’t the case…it’s a pretty set plan of what you are going to see.
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that parts of the experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the audio clarity and the comfort of the tuk tuk on cobblestone streets are very valuable, and we will review possible improvements to make the ride smoother and communication clearer for future guests. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know about your experience.
Diego was an absolute pleasure to be around! His love and knowledge of Lisbon was vibrant and contagious. He left us wanted to learn and experiencing more of this amazing city.
This was an amazing couple, very cultured. That allowed us to have great conversations. Kevin and Sabina, thank you so much for this review and I'm glad you enjoyed the tour. A big hug for both of you and I wish you continue to have great trips and experiences around the world.
A great way to see Lisbon for the first time. Gives you an opportunity to understand how to get around d on your own. Diego was wonderful guide.
Helen, Penny and Ty, It was a lovely group. Thank you very much for your review. I'm glad you liked Lisbon and this tour ;)
Diego was very personable, knowledgeable and kind and considerate. He tuned in to our needs and made it personalized. Highly recommend.
John and Alice!! Thank you for your review. We had a great time together. Regards, Diego go!
Probably the best guy you could get in the Tuk Tuk business is DIEGO FERNANDES. Friendly and cheerful, but also elegant and well raised- so very classy and considerate. He is very safe! Our vehicle wouldn't start outside the Santa Apolonia train station, and he was as efficient as a flight attendant getting us out of the way of traffic. He hand psuhed the tuk tuk out of the road (not very far) to a secure parking space and somehow corrected the problem in no time. We were three seniors 67, 82, 83 and he treated us with deference and respect - bathroom breaks planned, every courtesy for ease of movement, such as running into the bakery to get our pastel de natas even with his own money if it was not convenient for us to get ours out. When one of ours wanted to stop for take away Caldo Verde soup he knew the place and went in to support her. Diego tuned into our interests and was very flexible if we wanted to skip or remain a bit more. It was truly tailored for us. He's very young and modern looking, someone who is invited to do music videos as a background person. Looks like a model. Highly recommend Diego - top rating.
Charlie, thank you very much for this comment. I really appreciate it and thank you for your heartfelt honesty. This only encourages me to keep doing a good job and to give great experiences to my clients. Thanks again and whatever you need, you know where to find me. Regards, Diego go!
Diego was amzaing and so friendly! When we got hungry he made sure to fit in a break and suggested a great cafe and then for a late lunch he took us to a sandwich/bagette place. The food was top notch! Full of information and answered all our questions (we were a questiony bunch). When i come back to Lisbon I will be calling Diego again.
Thank you very much for this review. I really appreciate that. Was a very nice group with a very good energy. Thank you so much and I hope to see you again guys. ;).
I totally recommend the tour, it took us to places that other agencies don't do, making us feel that all the activities were 100% personalized... Diego is a host 10 out of 10, concerned with even the smallest detail, we felt comfortable from the first minute.
Miguel muchas gracias por tu comentario. Espero verlos pronto nuevamente.
Excellent experience and visit throughout the city, guided by Diego. He gave us knowledge about the history of Lisbon and its most beautiful corners, perfect Spanish that enriched the tour. A perfect day. We will definitely repeat.
