Very satisfied for the service
Apple the lady driver is so accommodating and fun,she drives with safety.There are little delays due to traffic,the operator called and emailed to inform us,that is understandable though.Thanks again.
We booked the shuttle for 2.5 hours at each lake (Louise and Moraine. It was nice that we did not feel rushed and could take our time at each place. This company must also do more of a “name your time” service, which might have worked better for us, looking back. The shuttle was clean, the drivers were friendly and were on time. Do recognize that this is just a shuttle service. The driver, while friendly, does not give any information about the area or the lakes. They drive in silence, which is fine, just be aware of what you are getting,
