Every cruise is unique, as your captain keeps track of the constantly moving creatures in order provide the best opportunity to see it all! This may include sea otters, eagles, puffins, whales, seals, bears and multiple species of nesting seabirds all from the comfort of the boat. We will explore Kachemak Bay’s jagged coastline with many incredible geologic rock formations, and an abundance of sea kelp and intertidal creatures that we may be able to spot!

Lance & Maddy were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the birds we spotted. We had an unruly group in our party, and Lance was very patient about repeating himself when I wasn’t able to hear over their antics. It was a great day to be on the water!

Lance was our tour guide - extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They knew we had been on a few other tours in the Bay, so they took us into an area that we had not been, which was awesome. We saw all of the animals (except whales, which is to be expected - you see them in Seward) that we had wanted and requested. Awesome trip, super friendly.
Small boat, no restroom but our tour was only 2 hours so it was fine. Crew of two and both were kind and knowledgeable. We saw several different birds, sea otters and some aquatic life. Well worth the affordable price.
Great tour. Lindsey and Iris were wonderful guides with extensive knowledge on the wildlife and geology of the area. They were able to spot and point out a number of different wildlife.
Host was great. Very knowledgeable about the area and the different species of birds and their habitat and habits!
Small boat with super crew. Very informative and fun 2 hours. Highly recommend. The boat dog mascot, Coco was adorable.
Beautiful day to see soooo many seabirds I can’t remember all the names! Most excited for the tufted puffins but also seeing an otter eating an octopus!
We loved our tour with Seabird Adventures! The team was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the general area that we covered. They were a pleasure to spend time with!
If you ever find yourself in Homer please book a trip with this crew. Captain Maddy was fantastic. So much knowledge at such a young age. It was so much fun to see the whole crew’s enthusiasm at every animal or bird we saw. Loved every minute.
