Tour guide very family friendly and good with young ones as well as with adults Traveled with an 8 year old Vietnamese boy and a 72 year old English man Both enjoyed the day Guild was able to engage in both languages at each level
The idea of visiting the peninsula by jeep is truly an excellent experience! The contact with nature is pleasant.
A very informative and enjoyable trip. Our guide Sy was brilliant, was great fun and spoke very good English. The jeep was an authentic ex US army jeep. Really pleased we did this trip.
We have Mr Sy as our driver cum tour guide. It’s so special to travel in a US Army Jeep. We ride in cold and windy weather with nice views of Da Nang city all the way up to the peak of monkey mountain. Mr Sy provides us the history and stories about Monkey mountain along the way. That’s a nice experience.
My wife and I have visited Da Nang and Hoi An almost every year (excluding COVID) and no visit is complete without a Jeep tour around Da Nang and surrounding regions with this company. The owner, Den is delightful and keen to assist with ensuring each trip is unique and enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to others visiting this region.
Was an awesome experience. Driving with the top down through Da Nang, and Son Tra. Our drivier was very knowledge. Would highly recommend this tour. These memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives
It was supposed to be a 3 hour gig. Considering we each paid a little over $100 AU each ( x 4 people) We had hoped to get our money's worth. We drove to Monkey mountain , however the stops for coffee etc seemed prolonged, we quickly figured it was designed to suck up the time. In the end we arrived back at the hotel a half an hour early. Driving in the open aired jeeps was great and we would have appreciated just driving around the streets of Da Nang rather than coming back early. While the staff were friendly and free beer and water was part of the deal , on a hot day tepid beer and warm water are not inviting at all. Also one staff member gave each of us a hard luck family story which we all figured was designed for an extra tip. Not very professional at all.
We spent a wonderful morning sight seeing in the 1969 US army jeeps. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and we all enjoyed it - including our 3 children (16, 13 and 10) As a family of 5 we were accommodated in 2 vehicles. The Mother Buddha and seeing so many gorgeous monkeys in their natural habitat on our journey was a highlight! Highly recommend!
The tour guide was amazing, had the best morning. The sights were incredible, highly recommend this tour.
After making the transfer and the operator confirming that he would pick us up at the hotel at 9:00 AM, Nadiie showed up, the operator was phoned which was not operational and did not show up at the hotel. We're still waiting to hear what happened, but since several days have passed, I understand it's probably a scam. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to pay in advance to do this tour because you will be without the tour and without the money. In addition, I also wrote to apacpr@tripadvisor.com (TripAdvisor Asia) to inform them of what happened and I have not received a reply from them. In short, very disappointed, because with these facts what you get is that you distrust these pages and never pay in advance. I hope one day I will have a reply from @tripadvisaor in reply to the email sent.
