Early morning Ba Na Hills - Golden Hand Bridge - PRIVATE TOUR

I highly recommend this tour. It was very professional, our tour guide Quynh arranged every single detail of this complex day out so that queuing was kept to a minimum, and she thought of every single detail to ensure we had the maximum experience possible. She listened to our needs and designed the day accordingly. She was a superstar! She was also an extremely talented photographer and later sent photos to us that we would never normally had! 5 stars!!

Quyen & An arrived to our motel on time ready for an amazing day!…from the word go Quyen was enthusiastic informative lovely easy to understand and very attentive. She knew all of the shortcuts to beat the crowds and made sure we had the best experience!….(getting there early was a definite advantage!)….she was also an enthusiastic photographer-we have many beautiful photos of the two of us (instead of selfies!!) Quyen was happy to answer all of our questions about anything and everything! An was a safe caring and considerate driver! We’ve come away from this trip knowing lots about the culture history and getting the low down on shopping at locals prices! I highly recommend Quyen and An-couldn’t ask for better!….thankyou!!!

We travelled in a large group of 20 pax including senior citizens and young children. John looked after us very well, right from communication before our tour date until day of tour. He was prompt with pick up times as scheduled. It was a very busy day in Bana Hills but he expertly navigated the crowds for us. Special thanks also for his assistance for our adult on a wheelchair- he assisted getting in and out of the cable car, through the crowds in Bana without any complaints! This tour was hands down one of the best tours I have ever taken! Quinn was absolutely amazing! She is super friendly, personable, and engaging as well as super knowledgeable about the history of Ba Na Hills. She was super accommodating as well making sure we could access the restroom when needed as well as certain rest points for the arduous trek at certain points. She also actively volunteered to help us take great photos with the breathtaking views to ensure that we capture the memories we made. The admission fee to go up to Ba Na Hills is reasonable and well worth the 7 hour experience. I guarantee you that this will be the highlight of your trip!

I booked with John after reading reviews on Facebook. John was easy to deal with and very helpful messaging via WhatsApp to organise everything. Our tour was great from start to finish. John looked after everything, knew exactly where to go and helped push our pram around for our youngest. He was very adaptable with whatever we wanted to do. Ba Na Hills was very busy but we felt like we were able to see everything in a relatively short amount of time. He’s also great at taking photos and got some great shots of our family. He’s really great with kids and it was like having a friend walk around with us! Thank you John!

Wonderfully organized trip - easily the highlight of our holiday ! Kong was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. We had 3 kids in our group and he was very patient and flexible. Also- we got some beautiful group pictures thanks to his amazing photography skills! ☺️☺️ highly recommend!!

Long review ahead as I share my experience from engaging John Lee Tours, not just on the tour per se, but my perspective of John as a person. Please read on if you’re looking for a peace of mind for a tour and a personable professional as a guide! I have heard about John through word of mouth from my colleague and her family who had a positive experience with John, and liaised directly with him to arrange for this tour. Prior to the tour, I had lots of questions to which he patiently and thoroughly addressed my concerns, all while accommodating to my requests and preferences. He never once insisted on his way but offered his personal and professional advice. He would also arrange all transportation, logistics, food options, and we don’t have to worry about anything — just leave it to him! So with a peace of mind assured, we decided to proceed as he suggested and I thought he’d arrange another guide for us but the man himself turned out to be our guide! He said that he’s available and wanted to guide us himself — such passion! And consistent with his texts and emojis, he’s so smiley, friendly, and helpful! Throughout the tour, John is thoughtful, patient, accommodating, and adaptive — we are very appreciative of such traits! He even helped carry our toddler’s stroller where necessary (watched over our belongings while we changed her diaper, and He is attentive, patient, observant, and adapts to our needs and preferences during the tour. Last but not least, John had meticulously planned our route around Ba Na Hills starting early from the Golden Hand Bridge to beat the crowd and brought us around in a way that we don’t retrace our steps much and still cover most of the attractions! He also knows how to angle his camera such that the crowds are less visible, taking nice photos and videos, thus creating memories for my family to look back on. Thank you John for your wonderful personality and service! 10/10 would recommend!

We had a fantastic morning at Ba Na Hills with John as our guide. He and Strong picked us up from the hotel, took us to the cable cars, helped us buy tickets and showed us around. He even waited patiently while we went on rides and took photos for us. And we were back at the hotel by 1pm. John gave us lots of information and was lovely and entertaining too!
