We rode pushbikes through rice fields, ploughed rice field with a water buffalo and got to sit on him, enjoyed a beautiful ride in a traditional coconut boat and participated in fishing and crabbing.We then went to our hosts home where they showed us how to cook traditional dishes, then we made our own pancakes, we then were served the most generous and tasty lunch prepared by our hosts.We saw how rice was farmed and processed using homemade machinery. Such a fascinating experience, we loved every minute and can't wait to plan our next trip

This might be my absolute favorite experience I've ever booked! I had such a blast! I loved learning about the Vietnamese farming culture, the coconut boats were fun and colorful, I loved trying a bunch of different fishing methods, and the buffalo ride was something I'll never forget! Every part of the day was incredible. The home cooked meal was extremely special. I thought it was so generous to be invited into someone's home to share a meal (and it was a delicious meal!). Book this trip, you won't regret it.
Fantastic day with Chicky who was super friendly and full of fascinating information. From the biking thru town, basket boat ride to the buffalo ride and home meal. All were excellent and we highly recommend taking the tour!!

Mr Hoang was the best guide. This tour was our favourite so far. Lots of information and lots of laughs. We learned all about farming rice, from working the water buffalo to polishing the rice. The basket boat was so much fun, music, water dancing and fishing. Highly recommend this activity if you are in Hoi An.
