Great experience

We had very spiritual and humbling experience in Hiroshima with Chihiro from Nippon Journey. She taught us about the significance of the paper crane as it relates to the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, then she taught us origami skills so that we could fold a paper crane ourselves and leave it as a peace offering at the children’s memorial at the bomb site. It was a very moving experience.

Fun and unique experience. We enjoyed the origami. And the trip to Orizuru Tower was the perfect end to our origami lessons. It pulled together the origami, the Peace Park and Hiroshima.

Great Hiroshima experience

I had a great time learning about the children's peace memorial and the significance of the crane origami. I enjoyed the step by step instructions on creating the origami and understanding the instructions so I can practice more origami in the future. I also enjoyed the trip the the tower. It wasn't on my list of things to see in Hiroshima originally but I am glad that I was able to go and add my crane to the crane wall.

Operator response

I truly appreciate your kind words. Your feedback gave me confidence in providing the origami experience. I’m so glad you enjoyed visiting the Orizuru Tower—it’s such a beautiful spot. I’ll continue to do my best to offer even better experiences. Thank you very much! Chihiro
