Itinerary
After meeting your guide and fellow Potter fans, head inside this beautiful old station - home of Platform 9 ¾ where the journey to Hogwarts begins! Want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley? Queues can be big so we recommend arriving 45mins before the tour starts - we won't have time during the tour itself.
Walk down this beautiful old London street, full of colourful independent shops with overhanging signs - just like a famous magical shopping street in Harry Potter. Great for Photos!
Tiptoe your way through a dark and mysterious street that big Harry Potter fans will recognise immediately. Keep your voices low so as not to disturb the dark arts....
Next, we'll stop by at the famous theatre where the Potter world hits the Stage with the world-renowned Cursed Child Theatre Show. Get your camera ready for pictures with the iconic Harry Potter Sign.
Your guide will lead you to the House of Spells, where you can shop for butterbeer, sweets, chocolate frogs, wands, books and much much more…. And we even have a special discount code you can use!
Get your photos with the Harry Potter Statue and see the heart of UK cinema, where world premieres of your favourite movies are shown!
Take a stroll through Westminster to see many filming locations from the Potter movies - you’ll be amazed to see these familiar places in real life!
The tour continues on to vibrant Borough Market - one of London's best food markets and also home to filming locations for the Leaky Cauldron and Third Hand Emporium!
We'll finish the tour near to London Bridge, and along the way you'll spot some familiar film locations and sights that inspired JK Rowling's wizarding universe!
After your walking tour, go down into the depths of the Clink, the UK's oldest prison, to learn about the raucous, unruly, and wicked inhabitants, ranging from debtors, harlots, heretics, drunkards, and even religious adversaries.

Nice little walk through London to discover inspirations, outdoor filming locations, short anecdotes from Harry Potter movies, interesting historical info. Places that we might not have done alone. In a family Mood and fun. If it rains, just provide his umbrella and good shoes that don't pierce. Just we thought the tour of the prison was for the group but actually no, we have to go after.
Good morning We were very disappointed because we had booked a group tour for Harry Potter in Azkaban In London and we were 30 minutes early at the meeting point, but no guide was present. We were also with another family and waited. We contacted Viator, who offered us a refund in writing via WhatsApp, which we accepted. However, a month later, they still haven't issued any refunds. It's a shame to be treated this way by a company that should be providing the right information, Well, in short, the iron pot against the earthen pot because today with Brexit we don't want to fight. Good advice to pay on site because when things go wrong you will never be reimbursed by viatour. Hello, We were very disappointed because we had booked a group tour for Harry Potter at Azkaban in London, and we arrived 30 minutes early at the meeting point, but no guide was present. We were also with another family and waited. We contacted Viator, who offered us a refund in writing via WhatsApp, which we accepted. However, one month later, they still haven't issued any refund. It's unfortunate to be treated this way by a company that should provide accurate information. In short, it's a case of the pot calling the kettle black because today, with Brexit, we don't want to fight. A piece of advice: pay on the spot, as when things go wrong, you will never be refunded by Viator.
We are the Harry Potter Walking tour company not Viator, if you are having issues retrieving your refund from Viator please contact them and remove this review. Thank you.
Highly overpriced and far from what I expected. I found the same Airbnb tour for a portion of the price I paid here. Our guide was friendly but clearly not an avid fan and the whole thing seemed rushed. It was over and done within just 2 hours, not 6 as stated. Not worth the money. Google the locations and do the walk by yourself.
Met Chris at kings cross next to the platform 9 3/4 shop. Really informative , interesting all things Harry Potter & extra. I highly recommend this tour . Show you places that you would never find otherwise. Very good 10 out of 10.
We visited from Australia with a large group of teen cousins and this tour was the highlight of our trip to London. Our guide, James, was down-to-earth and approachable for all kinds of random questions. He was organised, kept the pace how we liked it, and had excellent knowledge of background stories from the making of all 8 Harry Potter films to funny stories about London in general. Excited to see the inspiration behind Diagon Alley, learn about some of the filming issues, do a "Ron Weasley" near the Ministry of Magic, and visit some of the designers. Loved it! Can't recommend this tour highly enough.
James was such a friendly tour guide he was able to answer all our quirky questions and bring the magic of London to life by showing us the exact scenes where specific parts of the city were filmed or based off. So many fascinating stories about the making of the Harry Potter films were shared in a casual manner so we really felt like James was a good friend and fellow Harry Potter fan. He did not rush us at all and we were able to take plenty of photos and have various discussions. He gave us further tips for places to visit in London that we would have otherwise missed. Thank you so much!!
