Due to heavy crowds in the arrivals area, this location allows for a smoother pickup. After customs, please follow the Parking signs to the 3rd floor. Your assigned driver will reach out to you via WhatsApp one day before your transfer. They will reconfirm your pickup time, meeting point , and ask if you have any special requests, such as child seats or extra luggage Driver Will Be Holding: Name board with the lead passenger's name on the third floor of the parking Free Waiting Time: 30 minutes after flight arrival Flight Tracking: Included for delays and early arrivals

When I booked it said I would be assigned a driver who speaks English. While the driver we had did a good job, he only spoke Chinese. We didn’t see him when we first arrived so we had a bit of difficulty connecting after we had our luggage. It all worked out using the aviator app. to communicate with the driver on pickup.
The experience was good! Everything was well communicated through WhatsApp! It was a smooth process!
