Excellent walking tour of Fes! We really enjoyed seeing all the sights in the historic Medina. The tannery was interesting as were the other sights. We aren’t much into shopping so the chances to shop were lost on us. But we learned a lot about the handicrafts in the process. Highly recommended tour and felt like we got a good overview of the Medina.
We booked tour and received e-ticket. However, we were requested to provide details of our riad for pickup. The link to trip advisor did not work and we received no response from email to trip advisor or the tour operator. Further we were unable to cancel due to link not working. My account with trip advisor said there was no booking!! Therefore we were unable to go on tour And wasted our money Terrible service be warned
Hicham is an excellent guide and a lovely human being. He is patient, kind, considerate, impressively multi-lingual, informed and knowledgeable. He knows Fez like the back of his hand, and guided me with assurance through the city’s many wonders. My day with Hicham was one of the best that I experienced in Morocco. ❤️🇲🇦
beautiful tour, our guide Abdul made us discover corners of Fez that we would never see alone. Super recommended. Thank you Abdul for your kindness!!
A beautiful city, but should definitely be visited with a guide, as you get lost in the thousands of winding streets very quickly. In addition, you get to the most natural places.
Fes with him has a whole other aspect, kind, punctual and always very helpful. Excellent knowledge of Italian and obviously being from Fes knows every corner perfectly. Great experience!
Hicham was an extremely well informed guide, with a delightful sense of humour who obviously knows the city of Fes very well. It was a pleasure to learn so much of this beautiful city from him.
This tour was really great seeing all the main sites but also things you would never see by yourself. We saw the tannery, natural pharmacy, rugs being made, metal workers communal ovens and the tiniest streets. Abdil knew everyone and even showed us where he lived with his family. No pressure to buy anything. At the end he asked if we would like to have lunch and took us to a place with no sign outside - set lunch with a few options, but one of the best meals we’ve had in Morocco. Lots of questions answered and good advice about other things to do. Thank you for a great introduction to Fes!
I had an incredible privately guided walking tour of the Fez medina with Hicham. His English is very good, and his knowledge of the area truly made the experience special. Growing up in the medina gives him a unique perspective—he knows every hidden alley, historical gem, and local artisan. It was clear he is well known in the community, as so many people greeted him along the way. If you want an authentic and insightful tour of Fez, I highly recommend booking with Hicham. Five stars plus!
WOW!!! Absolutely amazing day with Hicham! This guy knows the Marina like the back of his hand! Get ready for some amazing history lessons, and a ton of laughs! Our 4 hours turned into 8 hours! With more and more things to see and talk about around every corner. If you got the stamina to keep up, you will see everything! As a group you 4 adults, aged 45-50 we had so much fun. Hicham’s English is amazing, you will feel like you grew up down the street from each other. Hicham is well traveled and educated. Do not hesitate and book your time with him. If we had another day in Fez, we would book him for a second day. So much fun! Thanks Hicham for a most excellent adventure in Fez!!!
