If you choose the option with pick up included ("Private Tour"), you will receive the exact pick-up time the day before by email, text, or WhatsApp. Also, you will have available a range of locations and hotels to choose from, please select the one closer from your accommodation. Pick-ups at the predetermined locations are only for customers that bought the private option.

- The tour duration includes the time that the travelers will spend on sightseeing the valley.
- Please make sure that you have breakfast. Keep in mind that we probably will only stop at the first activity. We may not have time to make a coffee break
- Parents should bring the baby car seat ajusted to infant's age (1 to 3 years old). We only have seats available after 4 years old.
- This tour may be done in two languages. We try to avoid it, but sometimes we have no other solution.
- Reschedulings with less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be charged a 30% fee (subject to availability).
- Please be aware that the activities which we visit, such as vineyards are subject to 3rd party availability and other groups/participants may be with the your group during the experience.
- Schedules and Itinerary may change without prior notice.
- We only serve alcoholic drinks for travelers 18 years old and above. Minor travelers below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.

From start to finish our guide Tiago was amazing. His knowledge was incredible for someone so young. Brilliant lunch, bottomless wine, super boat trip and winery visit. Probably the best value trip we have ever been on. Outstanding
An absolutely fabulous trip. Tiago our guide was absolutely brilliant, full of interesting facts and information and really friendly. He went above a beyond to make our trip memorable. The boat trip was very relaxing and a great opportunity to try some different wines whilst enjoying the wonderful Douro scenary. The lunch was superb, very tasty well prepared dishes with good quality wine and port flowing. Could not recommend this trip highly enough.
The tour itself was terrific, but our guide, Rita, was the essential ingredient that made the experience exceptional. She was knowledgeable, excellent at interacting with a variety of persons, and eager to share her enthusiasm for the Douro Valley and the sights she showed us. We were able to linger at the lunch destination and engage with the property personnel for a truly personal experience, but that didn't mean we were late returning to Porto--because of Rita. Top rating for Rita for sure!

Tiago was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable and incredibly funny. He made the time in the van educational and entertaining. The food was delicious and the ports were amazing. We even bought a few bottles and shipped them home.

Wonderful trip with our guide, Juliana. She was very pleasant and most knowledgeable. We were served a nice lunch and sampled 2 wines and 3 port wines. Beautiful scenery and a nice boat ride.

The half day tour was relaxing and informative. Our driver and guide, Juliana, was very friendly, easy going and always available to help when needed. Lunch was good and the brief port explanation was sufficient to keep us interested. Well worth the time!
