Very misleading and nothing more than an Uber driver. We had our own car and thought they were the guides. They are not. Our guide dropped us off at each place. Drove us maybe 10 miles total.
Thanks for your feedback. We have investigated with the guide on the tour date. The meeting point has been reconfirmed and sent to you by text before the tour time. Also we mentioend in tour desctiption that the meeting address is just for reference as the guide will reconfirm the pickup details a day ahead of tour time. Thanks for your understanding.
This experience for us started in Page, Az versus Las Vegas and yet we were charged the full price. The van was already full so we were in the two remaining seats one in front and one in back. The driver was not a guide for any of the tours and yet demanded at the end $15 service fee per person. They didn’t ask what type of sandwich preferred and just offered Roast Beef. I don’t eat meat. If you are local, no need to go through this tour company since they provided no value. I called Viator to share my experience and request partial refund and I was todo they couldn’t help me. I was directed to company Take Your Trip with a no working phone number. Viator should do better!
We did the trip to horseshoe bend and lower antelope canyon- it was amazing! Our guide was wonderful and lunch was delicious. The guide at antelope canyon helped us take beautiful pictures! We definitely recommend this trip!
Grace was an excellent guide. The tour of Horseshoe Curve and Lower Antelope Canyon were outstanding. We learned afterwards that had we booked directly with Ken’s Tours and visited Horseshoe Curve on our own, we would have saved a lot of money.
Mama was an exceptional tour guide. She was interesting, fun and energetic. She took the time to make sure we all had great pictures of us.
"Mama" Lankun was an amazing tour guide! She provided lots of information, aimed to help us see as many attractions as possible, helped us pose (because "Mama" knows best!) for amazing photos, took great care of us (telling us when we needed to take plenty of water (as a good "Mama" would!), kept us on track so we would get to all the stops in a timely manner, and provided a wonderful experience of Lower Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, an unnamed arch for a beautiful photo op, and Glen Canyon Dam! If you're lucky enough to get her, you will have a very memorable tour!!
We took the tour from Page Arizona. The drivers were both lovely and meant well, but unnecessary to take from this close location. It was a 10 min drive to horseshoe Bend and a $10 entrance and then a 6 min drive to upper canyon which we could have bought tickets on site for $120 each. We paid $280 per person which was clearly overpriced for what we got. They did provide a sack lunch and a picture opportunity at the end, but definitely not worth that price gauging. If you take the tour from Las Vegas then it would be worth it, but I would definitely not recommend this if you are staying anywhere near or around the park and can drive in on your own( we drove 3 hours each way and still could have done the entire thing in our own).
Dear Natale, Thanks for your feedback. We do offer different packages including the tours/tickets separately for different guests with different needs. Customers can select to book based on their needs. Thanks for your understanding.
Absolutely beautiful! Peter was a great guide on the van and Sierra was amazing at Antelope Canyon. I would honestly give it a 10 out of 5 rating
I booked this trip last minute without much research of the area or other guide options. I was contacted, as mentioned, the day before the trip for pick up details. In communicating about lunch options, I asked if dietary restrictions could be accommodated and the response was that lunch would be provided. On the day of the trip, we were picked up from the given spot, though I needed to clarify exactly where this would be as no company name was given upon booking. The guide was nice but spoke little English which ultimately was the barrier for us - mainly because when we were given lunch and I asked if it accommodated our allergies we were told yes and it very clearly was not. Luckily for us we brought our own food because, again, the communication was poor and we didn’t trust relying on others for food. Overall, we did have a wonderful tour through lower antelope and was then shuttled to horseshoe bend as promised. The ad was misleading and we thought we were also going to upper antelope with a 4 hour in total tour, but it was 3 hours and those 2 stops. We enjoyed both of the places themselves but would not go through this company again.
We enjoyed this tour so much. I loved being out in the jeep seeing landscape that you wouldn't normally get to see. Breathtaking.
