Be prepared to spend more if you want to go inside the windmills. We didn’t know this and we didn’t carry euros with us. The pancake place on site though was awesome!
Comfortable bus ride to a charming village with windmills, a wooden shoe maker and a cheese making facility. Plenty of time to enjoy each section and have something to eat and drink.
Very nice. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It involved a bit more walking than we had thought which was harder in the heat.
Was easy to organise, I booked over Internet, and found out where we had to meet was right in the centre, which is easy to find from most places, we caught the metro. We met our host, and got led to a coach. Well organised, informative, don't have masses of time, but it was OK for us.
Visit to the small towns near Amsterdam. Even though the Spanish guide bailed on us, Rob was top. Unfortunately I don't speak English so I didn't understand much, but the guide seemed very cool to me; he spent the whole time explaining stories and anecdotes about those places. Super friendly and fun, besides being prepared for his job.
Great experience, MUST DO while visiting Amsterdam. Very beautiful scenery, great and friendly staff
It was really fun to see the shoemaking process and learn/try the different cheeses! The windmills were beautiful and Rob was very nice and gave us a lot of information. Just be careful if you want to eat on site - it is very expensive.
Never got in the tour. We were at the meeting place 15 minutes before the tour however the lady behind the counter said they are not running, they only had the9:30 and 1130
Would have been great, but our driver never showed up at the designated meeting point. Therefore we had to get another ticket with a different company., which didn't go on a water cruise. Therefore, I expect my money to be refunded in full.
Part of large group. Well organized. 10 min walk to bus. Fabulous tour guide. Tour in both English and Spanish. Beautiful old town. Amazing presentations, yummy cheese tasting. Highly recommend this tour.
